We come to NYC ever Christmas time. We love staying in Jersey and take the bus into the city. Parking is free and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel which is perfect. This hotel was nice and clean and cozy. It's a tad pricey and breakfast isn't free but we will definitely be coming back.

We booked a room for three and could only get a sofa bed and king. The sofa bed was not confortable at all. Also the staff was not very helpful and they have an answer for any comment. The king bed was made but the covers were thrown on the sofa bed. Amenities are at the bare minimum Finally there is only two paper cups for the coffee machine and when we asked for a third since we are three in the room we were told no this is the way the room is set up . We just asked for an extra paper cup…

JC and the Woman that checked me in were INCREDIBLE! Friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was renovated, fresh and clean. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. I don’t get the bad reviews. The location was great. Parking was safe and secure. The room was a bit pricy… but everything is. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you

Room we were given at check in had dirty sheets and stained mattresses. We asked to change rooms and the next room was cleaner. I asked for a bus schedule and they gave me a print out from 2021 that was no longer accurate.
