George Town: hotel popolari con vista mare, trova i prezzi più bassi

"Siamo arrivati ​​verso le 18:00 e il check-in è stato fantastico. Abbiamo avuto una camera al piano superiore come richiesto. Bella vista sulla piscina. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché avevamo intenzione di uscire a mangiare a quell'ora. Nel complesso è stato un bel posto in cui soggiornare, soprattutto la posizione era superba."

"For those who are driving, take note that the hotel shares the same parking area with Victoria Inn which is next door. And the connection to phone line of Hotel 19 is not available so do call Victoria In front desk to enquire about the parking directions. I like how it's soooo convenient that it is walking distance to Chulia street and many other eateries as for my case, we just come back to the hotel and rest only. Limited room amenities are provided, I advised to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, vanity kit, shaving kit, shampoo (they only have conditioner), body wash and stuff. Stayed 2 nights so we requested for a room makeup, I love how the staff placed my dog plushie laying comfortably on our bed haha, so detailed! Tbh we heard the renovation noises, but it doesn't really affect us since we were tired after a long day's trip to go around the island. But it's still a nice and comfortable stay tho with most of the necessities available alr. Would come back to stay again next time and would like to try the yellow rooms for a change!"

O era arrabbiata con noi che chiamavamo in anticipo e chiedevamo un check-in anticipato oppure ci trattava in modo abbastanza poco professionale in base alla nostra posizione sociale. È vero che la mia amica che era con me è figlia di un VIP che non sente il bisogno di vantarsi del suo status, ma anche lei è rimasta perplessa dal trattamento poco amichevole. A parte questo, la camera era di prim'ordine, ottima vista e per fortuna tutto il resto del personale è stato gentile con noi."

"When checking in, don't pay the tourism tax again! My payment on Trip.com included the tourism tax, but the counter staff asked me for it again. It took him a while to confirm it in his printout. I booked for one night and then extended my stay, but changed room in the process. The first room was rather warm, being on the top floor, and the toilet in the first room was about one by two metres. The second room was better in both aspects. However, there was no tissue available, and the toilet paper was of rather low quality. While the traffic is alright outside of peak hours, there were hardly any stores within a short distance. Gurney Walk would be the nearest place to buy food and water, or exchange money."

"everything just nice, just I don’t know how to handle the TV although there got tv box available. There got sofa bed can fit 2 ppl, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single bed (is really small room), 1 bathroom (no need worry about the water pressure), kitchen with water filter, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutleries. House just next to lift, the sound proof at living area not really good, can hear outside ppl walking, room window sound proof ok. The parking locate at 6th floor and quite hard to go up & down, we decide park road side after that."

"Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all."

"Good and execulent with bathbut and highervel and non smoking. swimming pool opens from 7:00 . Christmas celebration. Double bed is very comfortable. Near food testaurant and shopping mall. reasonable price for family trip. happy joureny with that hotel."

"The apartment was a bit run down. The bathroom cabinets were old. Only provide 1 bottle of soup for body, hand & shampoo. The sofa got stains. Poor selection TV channels only mainstream ones. No Astro. No Netflix. The worst part we have to carry our own rubbish from 15th floor to the basement. Just imagine the lift full of guests & you’re carrying rubbish! The staff were not that friendly. I guess this will be my first & last staying here!"

"Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno presso Vouk Hotel Suites a Penang. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, rendendolo conveniente per esplorare l'isola. Tuttavia, il parco auto tende a riempire circa le 7:30. , ma apprezzo davvero l’assistenza della guardia di sicurezza nell’assegnazione di parcheggi. La camera che ho soggiornato non aveva una finestra, che ha influenzato il flusso d'aria e lo ha reso meno ideale per un soggiorno familiare. Il personale del servizio frontale è stato caldo e gentile, fornendo un'ottima assistenza durante l'ispezione. Uno dei punti di svantaggio è l'assenza di una palestra o di una piscina, che è stato un po' deludente. In generale, è una buona opzione per coloro che hanno priorità in termini di posizione, pulizia e sicurezza."
