Guangxi, Cina: hotel pet friendly

Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

Che vista da questa camera! Non è fantastico? Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale per il prezzo. Il giovane proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a comprare i biglietti per il Liu Sanjie Impression Show e per la Grotta d'Argento. Anche la Ten Mile Gallery non ha deluso le aspettative. Così è stato molto comodo per noi spostarci. Se soggiornate a West Street, questo hotel è davvero consigliatissimo. Anche la colazione era ottima, il livello dei noodles di riso era migliore di quelli che abbiamo provato fuori. Lo consiglio vivamente. Per il tour in zattera di bambù, bisogna prenotare in anticipo; se non riuscite a prenotare, andate direttamente sul posto e fate la fila. In bassa stagione non dovrebbero esserci problemi. Anche il ristorante Laobiaoji è altamente raccomandato.

I arrived in Guilin from Kunming late after 12 am and there is no tourist information counter staff at the airport to tell me where to wait for the hotel's airport transfer driver. Fortunately an airline check-in counter officer helped me call the hotel to find out where to wait for the driver. Please note wait for the driver next to the police kiosk after leaving Gate 6 of the domestic arrival terminal and crossing the lane. It took me 15 minutes to identify the driver because the driver did not show the placard showing the hotel name Shanshuiyunshang Hotel. The driver was impatiently waiting for a foreign tourist. So I identified myself as a Singaporean looking for the transfer driver of the hotel. He replied that I can follow him, who did not declare the hotel's name. Thank God he brought a group of tourists and me to Shanshuiyunshang Hotel to check-in. I also thank God that the driver escorts me to the Airport Flower Field, which is 569 metres away from the hotel, for plane-spotting, and I walk back to the hotel within 10 minutes to check-out of the hotel for my outgoing trip from Guilin after completing my plane-spotting mission. Other than the hotel airport transfer driver, there is the odour of smoke in the room but I have to bear with it until I leave and I cannot access the hotel wifi by scanning the QR code. The hotel restaurant is very small but dragonfruit is served and the breakfast amount is sufficient to fill my hunger. Shanshuiyunshang Hotel is one of several hotels along the road of Liangjiang Town that has accommodation for tourists but this hotel is the only one in Liangjiang Town to be listed on Trip.com. I will stay here again for the purpose of plane-spotting in Liangjiang Town, the famous airport town of Guangxi.

Questo hotel è semplicemente fantastico! Appena arrivati, si percepisce subito un'atmosfera unica, grazie allo scenario mozzafiato che lo circonda. I dintorni sono incantevoli, con campi verdi e paesaggi meravigliosi. Anche il cibo è delizioso. E per di più, c'è una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici, il che è comodissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicina a diverse attrazioni. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Posizione eccezionale, proprio nel cuore della Galleria dei Dieci Li e del Fiume Yulong, a pochi passi dal ponte Gongnong e dall'imbarco per le zattere di bambù. Dispone di parcheggio gratuito e colonnine di ricarica per chi arriva in auto. La camera vanta una finestra a tutta parete con vista a 180° che si affaccia sulle formazioni carsiche e sulla campagna idilliaca, permettendo di ammirare le montagne avvolte nella nebbia mattutina e i tramonti mozzafiato, persino l'alba dal letto. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, dotate di lavatrice/asciugatrice, vasca idromassaggio con vista, con servizi premurosi, ideali per soggiorni lunghi o con bambini. Il servizio ha superato ogni aspettativa: servizio fotografico gratuito (con scenari come lo specchio del cielo e le zattere di bambù, con abiti a scelta), frutta di benvenuto, tè pomeridiano, zuppa dolce/noodles della buonanotte e servizio navetta gratuito per la West Street. La colazione a buffet offre autentici noodles di riso di Guilin e il pesce alla birra a cena è delizioso, rendendo la vacanza all-inclusive super facile. È adatto alle famiglie, con un'area giochi per bambini e laboratori artigianali fai-da-te, per il divertimento di grandi e piccini. Se venite a Yangshuo, non andate a ingolfarvi nella West Street, questo posto è il top per una vacanza, andateci a occhi chiusi!

This place has hands down been the most memorable stay we have ever had! As a couple traveling for the first time in China, Yukong, his family, and friends gave us a feeling of home and took care of us in a way we never experienced from a homestay. The house itself is build by Yukong's grandparents 70 years ago, and is placed in the middle of a Kiwi farm on the mountains outside Leye city. We shared great meals together every night in front of the fireplace with the boiling soup bowl at the center. Friends and family of the house even cared for bringing all sorts of classical Chinese instruments to the house to play traditional folk music for us - something we will never forget! Together we sang karaoke, drank rice wine, laughed and had great talks, despite of the language barrier. One could tell that our well being mattered to all of them, and that they wanted us to experience and understand their culture. Yukong and his brother even joined us for a hike in the nearby geopark and helped us with litterarly everything regarding planning and activities (which was so helpful, as none of us speaks Chinese). They took so much time off their hands to help us getting around and showed us the most wonderful local tourist attractions and great places to eat. The area has a lot to offer, and we were amazed that we seemed to have it all to ourselves. If you are in Guangxi, or anywhere else in China, for that matter, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. It is something you will remember for a long time. The nature, the culture, and especially the family you are gonna stay with, are wonderful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. I went out of season, so I was the one of the only guests for two days, this made if even more special. if you travel during rainy season make sure to have rainboots and rain proof coats etc. The nights and mornings can get very cold so prepare warm clothes. The family helped me from booking a local shuttle bus from Yangshuo to arrive and departing and also picked me up on my day of arrival from the park entrance. The Homestay is quite far up the hills, not very easy to find you need to carpool or ask owners to help with scooter ride, but the views and people make it all the worthwhile. It is close to many hiking trails and view points. The family welcomed me with so much love the room was exactly as it said. Their food and pricing is also very affordable. They family is of the local ethnicity and they gave me an up-close view in their lives and their traditional ways. I tasted their rice wine, chilli paste , traditional tea and bamboo rice and many other delicious foods. The owners and family are very helpful and if you have any questions, or want to know more of need to get to a certain part of the area they are happy to help. This family and their black dog filled my heart with so much love and gratitude. Note for for foreign travelers: They don't speak English, but do not let this scare you if you are a foreigner, translator apps are helpful if you can't understand the language. Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil and family-like feeling enjoy the outdoors and nature. I will definitely be going back!

L'appartamento è situato in un grande luogo, molti ristoranti, negozi 24 ore conveniente intorno all'edificio, a pochi passi da Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi dove si possono trovare buon supermercato e molti ristoranti e buoni posti di lavoro. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center sono a breve distanza prendere il taxi è ~CNY10-15 & conveniente, poiché il taxi stand è proprio davanti alla strada di cammino verso l'edificio. L'appartamento e l'unità stessa sono vecchie e non hanno abbastanza manutenzione, offrono la cucina ma se rimangono meno di un mese, è quasi inutile, perché non forniscono nessuna delle forniture di cucina, tranne la caldaia elettrica, Nemmeno i giusti o gli utensili, solo 2 tazze di carta giornaliere nel bagno. Servizi in camera & molte piccole cose nell'unità sono tutti corrotti e non hanno manutenzione adeguata come i nodi della porta, manici, doccia, tappeti da cucina, tavolo, ecc, la pulizia non è abbastanza buona, tuttavia, Le lastre e letto sono abbastanza pulite senza odore. Offre la pulizia giornaliera, ma solo il pavimento pulito, nessun cambiamento di niente, nessun acqua potabile fornita. Le strutture sono molto basilari e pochi, la maggior parte sono disponibili, meglio portare la vostra, comunque, alcune richieste sono ben rispondenti come chiediamo di cambiare la caldaia, perché è fuori ordine, 1 sedia aggiuntiva, poiché forniscono solo 1 sedia nel detergente per lavare il lavastoviglie. In generale, se non si preoccupa e si può semplicemente sbarazzarsi di quelle strutture con manutenzione insufficiente, è un valore per i soldi rimanere in tale posizione in un buon quartiere.

Questa volta ho avuto l'onore di soggiornare al Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel, situato sul fiume Li, nel centro di Guilin. È stata un'esperienza di viaggio indimenticabile. L'hotel non solo vanta una posizione geografica privilegiata, ma offre anche un ambiente elegante e un servizio attento, che fa sentire gli ospiti come immersi in un paesaggio dipinto. Posizione eccellente e comodi trasporti Il Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel si trova vicino al fiume Li, a pochi passi da famose attrazioni come la Collina della Proboscide dell'Elefante e il Picco Duxiu. I trasporti sono molto comodi: sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici, è possibile raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni. Nei dintorni dell'hotel si trovano inoltre numerosi ristoranti e negozi, il che soddisfa tutte le mie esigenze di viaggio. Ambiente elegante e servizi completi Il design dell'hotel combina sapientemente elementi tradizionali e moderni, mantenendo l'essenza della cultura locale. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, dotate di servizi completi e curate nei dettagli, trasmettendo agli ospiti il calore e il comfort di casa. In particolare, la camera con vista sul fiume offre la possibilità di ammirare il fiume Lijiang che scorre fuori dalla finestra, sdraiati sul letto, come se foste voi i protagonisti di un dipinto, immersi nella natura. Servizio intimo, esperienza completa Il personale dell'hotel ha un'ottima accoglienza. Dal check-in al check-out, ogni momento fa sentire gli ospiti a casa. Non solo hanno risposto alle mie domande con calore e attenzione, ma si sono anche presi la briga di aiutarmi a trasportare i bagagli, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto premuroso. Questo servizio meticoloso mi ha fatto apprezzare profondamente la meravigliosa sensazione di ”vivere immersi nel paesaggio”. Questa volta ho soggiornato al Linjiang Youxianyuan Hotel: sia per la posizione geografica, le strutture ambientali o l'esperienza di servizio, è stato impeccabile. Se tornerò a Guilin la prossima volta, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel e continuerò ad apprezzare questo luogo poetico e remoto.
