"La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il che era piacevole. La colazione era buona, ma un po' calda. E quando sono andato a prendere il cibo, ho fatto notare che non avevo ancora finito di mangiare, ma quando sono tornato al mio posto, avevano già sparecchiato e qualcun altro stava mangiando. È successo due volte nello stesso giorno mentre facevo colazione. Quindi ho cambiato tavolo due volte per mangiare. La piscina è grande e bella, e la qualità dell'acqua è buona. Il personale è cordiale e gentile. Ci tornerò la prossima volta."

"Hotel 5*star fantastico. Il personale è attento e amichevole. Buffet di colazione grande- con tutte le pasticce e pane domestico. Le strutture dell'hotel sono grandi- è sulla spiaggia, molti letti solari, bella piscina. Raccomando vivamente il spa - ha anche una sala stream, sauna e jacuzzi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite ogni giorno. Letti grandi, comodi. Con conne d'aria e TV con Netflix. Le pulizie sono sulla palla e la camera si scioglie sempre bella. La nostra camera aveva un bellissimo grande bagno con acqua calda che corre costantemente. L'hotel ha un autobus gratuito per Hoi, una città antica alle 10 e alle 3:00. Se non è un taxi per prendere è solo 50,000VND. All'esterno dell'hotel ci sono piccole mini-Mart e alcuni bellissimi ristoranti. L'hotel offre anche lezioni gratuite ogni giorno a partire dalle 3:00. Abbiamo organizzato tours, abbiamo partecipato solo alla loro classe cucina complimentare, che era visibile e divertente. Grazie speciali alla signora Chau, che è stata così amichevole e ci ha aiutato a organizzare il nostro viaggio. Molto consiglia questo hotel! Uno dei migliori hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, saremo di nuovo."

"Great services and onsite amenities! Had my first time pickleball experience with a great coach, as well as a long due golf experience overseas. The golf course is amazing and I highly recommend it! Breakfast options are too much, in a great way of course! The restaurant within the ****** is great too, despite a bit pricy (make sure you register for the ****** membership upon your arrival at the hotel to get 10% off on F&B and most services. Location might not be super ideal if you prefer staying in the city to do loads of shopping. But for an exotic trip, it’s wonderful."

"I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious. The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those. All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference. The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality. The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period. We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point. There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten."

"Villa with private pool is just amazing. The siting room is large and we sing karaoke together which is super fun. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also great. Very nice hotel. The buffet breakfast is just fantastic."

"Our stay at JM Hoi An Beach hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent – clean, comfortable, and with a great atmosphere. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was your wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you must go to Wendy, who is not only incredibly professional but also a genuinely kind-hearted person. We were so surprised and touched when we ran into her while exploring the enchanting old town of Hoi An. Even though she wasn't on duty, she took the time to give us brilliant recommendations for a local food. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that we will always remember. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality. It’s the personal touch and warmth from people like Wendy that make travelers want to return again and again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and will definitely be back on our next trip!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs a little bit more variety of choices. The location is close to everything. Only 15 minutes with a bike to get to the old town."

"Such a lovey stay! The staff is incredible and attended to our every need. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us- two full bathrooms, ample space, cutely decorated. Breakfast was superb- way more than we could finish. I loved having the breakfast ready for you when you went down- just be sure to order using the convenient QR code. Also tried out the spa service- one of the best hot stone massages I have had in Vietnam. Overall. 10/10- I will be back :)"

"I booked a night at this resort for our final evening in Hoi An, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is expansive, offering all the facilities and amenities one would expect from a 5-star resort. While the location is a bit removed from the center of town, it’s still accessible—using Grab, it typically took us around 20 minutes each way. Our children absolutely loved their time here; they swam in every pool and enjoyed all the playgrounds. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try out the private beach as it was simply too hot during our visit. The breakfast and dinner buffet were, in my opinion, average and featured much of the same selection as the in-room dining menu. One small issue: there were quite a few tiny black insects on our balcony. They didn’t get inside our room, so it wasn’t a major concern for us, but I mention it as it may be important to some guests. A notable observation was regarding the service. While the staff were polite and professional, I didn’t feel the warmth or proactive customer service I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels and resorts. Typically, staff greet guests warmly and make helpful inquiries about their stay, but here, their approach seemed more reserved and task-focused. Despite these minor points, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future."

"Abbiamo avuto una bella vacanza a Sea LaVie. Il personale è molto attento e va a un chilometro di aiuto. Le camere sono comode e pulite. La piscina è pulita, il giardino è un bel oasi tranquillo, e la posizione è a destra della spiaggia dove si può affittare un soggiorno molto in costo. La spiaggia è pulita e molto più tranquilla del mercante An Bang spiaggia. Ci sono pochi ristoranti locali vicino, o prendere un taxi o un scooter molto veloce per i ristoranti laterali della spiaggia in An Bang Beach. L'hotel è a soli 4 km da Hoi Una vecchia città, è stato così bello entrare in negozio e godere della vecchia città, poi tornare alla spiaggia tranquilla. Questo hotel è molto familiare. Molto consigliabile!"
