This hotel surpassed my expectations and in my opinion should rate as a SIX star hotel.
The welcome from Lily was warm,friendly and informative. My room was elegant, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was serviced daily by competent caring cleaning staff. Breakfast was a joy, with many fresh and delicious choices. A special mention here to the 'diminutive little lady chef' for her delicious fresh spring rolls and pancakes. I stayed 5 nights here and enjoyed it immensely. I have stayed in many top class hotels throughout the world and this hotel is a worthy addition. I will certainly return and I have no reservation in unreservedly recommending it to others. Thank you to all of the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel staff for a wonderful stay.

The best hotel duringy trip (bit of course this is relativ depending from what you choose on your whole trip of course...)..so everything you read about in other comments was true. Very helpful staff, they showed me the rooms I could choose , everything fine, I liked the design. Regarding the location: yes a bit far from the old town, but not really disturbing... actually good, that it was close to the beach, so regarding location I was satisfied.
Breakfast was btw also very good - suitable to the hotel level.

Very good stay. Although I don’t lime new built highrise hotels this hotel is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Very friendly staff, 2 pools, good breakfast. Improvements needed on bed as only 2 pillows for a huge bed, and bathtub water temperature goes lukewarm. Shuttle service to town is well arranged with a good bus

Nice hotel with a lovely and helpful staff. Complementary bicycles and shuttles to go to the old city or the beach in Hoi An.
The morning buffet was very good with a variety of food to please everyone.

We were met at this beautiful hotel by Nancy who graciously checked us in and gave us all the information we needed in order to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located between beach and city and has two swimming pools. Both of which were lovely; the ground floor pool offered more shade and the 7th floor pool had more of a vibe. The breakfast is excellent and offered lots of choices. All the staff were pleasant and informative and should be commended on their diligence. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. A great find!

It’s a nice hotel!
Staff are helpful and friendly.
The rooftop pool is great!
We can borrow a bike from hotel. It’s a good experience!
