Quando siamo arrivati al tuo hotel alle 17:00, siamo stati messi in una stanza che ha guardato il tetto con i venti di riscaldamento e raffreddamento. Sono sceso a chiedere un'altra stanza, e mi hanno dato una stanza che ha guardato il parcheggio. La stanza era come un motel 6. Sono stato molto deluso, soprattutto per quello che abbiamo pagato per la stanza, soprattutto a Scottsdale. La mattina dopo sono andato a colazione e ho scoperto che dovevo pagare $10.00 per un colazione continentale o $17.00 per un deluxe colazione. Ho scelto il deluxe. Tutti quelli che hanno ordinato il deluxe colazione hanno servito caffè, succo d’arancia, ecc. I camerieri hanno riempito le tazze di caffè. Non sono mai venuti a me e mi hanno chiesto se volessi avere più sapone. Mi sentivo come un cittadino di seconda classe. Mio marito ha dovuto fare una procedura alla Digestive Health Clinic lungo la strada. Ecco perché abbiamo scelto il vostro hotel. Sono così deluso a Hilton. Abbiamo sempre avuto esperienze meravigliose con loro. Non il suo tempo.

Il personale era molto cordiale le camere erano pulite ed erano molto accomodanti Sono stato molto fortunato a poter essere aiutato da Katie alla reception è stata molto accomodante quando ho richiesto una camera con vasca idromassaggio perché la notte precedente non erano disponibili . E un bonus ero proprio accanto alla piscina. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Wow, questo hotel è bellissimo! Tutto è stato una grande esperienza da check-in a check-out. Grande posizione, vicino a molti posti da mangiare. Il caffè d'albero piovoso è stato chiuso la notte che abbiamo check-in e siamo fuori per colazione, quindi non posso commentare. La stanza era perfetta, pulita e in buone condizioni. Vorrei che potessimo stare più di una notte! Tutti erano così amichevoli!

Prima, il check-in e check-out è stato molto facile, nessun problema qui, anche quando avevo una carta regalo Marriott che il desk front non associa mai esperienza prima. La stanza era molto pulita e tranquilla, anche se la prima notte abbiamo avuto un gruppo sportivo junior che si fermava lì. Buona posizione, vicino a quello che volevamo fare. Ma... ci siamo trasferiti due notti e la loro politica è che puliscano e sostituiscono i letti e gli asciugamani dopo la seconda notte. Gli inizi ci sono solo abbastanza asciugamani per una notte. Se l'ospite sta due notti, si dovrebbe aspettare che il asciugamano e la stanza facciano servizio. La stanza era piccola per una suite reale, forse grande per una persona, ma non per due o più. Come sempre per la maggior parte dei motel, non c'era abbastanza luce e potrebbe usare più uscite per i nostri dispositivi elettronici. Abbiamo dovuto far pagare tutto, dalle cellule alle orecchie, per cui sarebbe stato bello avere un'altra sede.

This was a four night stay and we evacuated after one night. The cleanliness of the rooms was aweful. Umbrellas at the pool were busted and falling apart. Furniture in the common areas was marked up, scratched and floors were scuffed. Walls were nicked and scratched. The room was dirty and the place was run down. Dust and scraps all over the desk in our first room and the vinyl floor was full of grimy scuffs. Patio attached to our room was nice but we had to clean the chairs before sitting on them. The towels we used turned black. However, the staff was understanding and tried to be accomodating. A large amount of headache causing fragrance was pumped through the common areas making it hard to breathe. Almost like it was there to cover up an even worse odor. There were crumbs on the desk. The refrigerator was shimmed up by ripped cardboard pieces and the floor was filthy. No luggage holder in the room and very little or dim light - especially in the bathroom sink area.

Tricky to give a review really because they were having so much building work done I actually think they should not have had guests staying in the hotel while it was taking place. We were advised there would be some work taking place when they accepted our booking and that some amenities may not be available but they did not say just how much work was being done. We stayed here because my husband was working at the Mayo Clinic and this hotel is placed well for that. I had joined my husband and this hotel was the end of a road trip we had taken before he needed to start work. We were in a room on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor if your European and reading this) in the far left corner. When we got to our room there was someone in the room who looked shocked we had turned up and at first I thought we had gone into an occupied room. But no, it was a house keeper (I assume) who appeared to be taking a break as she quickly left gathering her phone, snacks and a plate leaving a slightly rumpled bed with a warm spot where she had obviously been laying! She did not speak English sadly so could not explain herself and just rushed off!! Room itself was comfortable and clean. We were told on a note in the room there would be no house keeping for the whole time we were there and to ask if we needed anything. Fair enough, this didn't bother me. TV channels were pretty rubbish with some not even working with sound or clear picture. As the building work continued it became harder to get in and out of the hotel. I got told off by builders (contractors) twice during my 4 night stay which I was not happy about. Once was when I returned to the hotel via an Uber one afternoon after shopping and the Uber dropped me at front of hotel. The main entrance was taped off and you could not enter that way. The Builder shouted ”You can't be go in that way”. I”m not blind, I had seen the tape and also already been there 2 nights so knew I had to walk around the side of the building! I did not need to be told off like a child. The front of hotel has a turn around so easier for the Uber to drop me there! Next telling off was when I went up in lift/elevator to my floor and walked along corridor (which we had done before when we arrived) only to have builders tell me that corridor was closed to guests. There were NO signs, elevator still worked and went up to that area. The walk round was much further. Again, I am not a child and PUT SIGNS UP IF YOU DON”T WANT GUESTS TO GO SOMEWHERE!!! The hotel looked closed from the main entrance and one evening when I waited for a pizza delivery out front, I had to help two couples in their car who did not realise the hotel was actually open still. Signs with arrows on them were tricky to see from the driveway and so small. I guided both couples to the side of the building they had to enter by. I DO NOT WORK THERE!!! I would not return to this hotel EVER even once they are finished their refurbishment. Really sh
