Hotel con parcheggio a Savannah

Best Western Central Inn was the perfect location for our stay in Savannah. We were just minutes away from everything we wanted to do—but far enough away from the extremely busy streets of Bay and River Streets. Parking was free, our room was perfect, the staff were exceptional, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Savannah!

Was a perfect stay in savannah right by the river front. The hotel lobby and amenities were first class and the room was huge! Super clean and the bed was really soft. If I come back to savannah this is the hotel! From the outside it doesn’t have the same look as others around, but the moment you walk in the door you feel the service and treatment is going to be amazing.

La posizione è ottima perché ha un parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Controlla la mappa nella lobby prima di iniziare a camminare o puoi finire per percorrere miglia inutili. Adoro la colazione e il prezzo era ragionevole. La camera era molto pulita ei letti sono super confortevoli.

Ho fatto delle prenotazioni e ho chiamato l’hotel a Badger, per assicurarsi che ne avessero. “Lady A” rispose al telefono, era così gentile al telefono come era in persona, ci ha controllati al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo avuto una fuga nel bagno che bagnava il telaio, informava David al divano che immediatamente chiamava Zach in servizio e entro pochi minuti era alla nostra porta. Zach osservava quello che era successo e immediatamente ci trasferiva in un'altra stanza, e ci fornì un parcheggio complimentare, che era un enorme plus. L'hotel è vicino alla piazza e al fiume che ci è piaciuto la vicinanza di tutto. Usava solo la nostra auto per andare a Walmart e The Outlets. Sicuramente visitarà di nuovo, il servizio clienti era A1.

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

Situato nel quartiere storico del fiume Savannah, hotel recentemente costruito con bar al tetto e grandi ristoranti. I nostri ospiti includono gli agenti di ricezione degli ospiti “Alex” e “Alexandria” sono stati estremamente utili e ci hanno dato consigli preziosi per il nostro soggiorno a Savannah! Il colazione mattina al Rhett è un must! Il nostro server “Iberhim” è stato attento e ci ha accolti con favore al Rhett. Il nostro gruppo ha mangiato tutte le specialità della casa.. pollo fritto e waffle, biscotti e tostato, francese con frutta fresca!I nostri complimenti al cuoco! Ci saremo di nuovo!!

L'hotel è in città, la stanza è piccola, ma l'igiene e il servizio sono ancora buoni.Non c'è un parcheggio gratuito, voglio il parcheggio di Valet, che è ogni volta che ci sono neri per parcheggio, 35 coltelli al giorno, costoso!E il parcheggio è conveniente e prende l'auto per un po'. Sento ancora che il parcheggio gratuito nelle aree periferiche è più conveniente per entrare e uscire.Non ci sono molti tipi di colazione, e i champagne sono ancora più deliziosi.

This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping.

We loved The Bluff! After traveling 10 long hours to escape hurricane Milton, the front desk clerk Megan greeted us with a smile and reassurance. She could not have done more for us. The spacious room was perfect, welcoming, very comfy bed, and very clean. The complimentary shuttle service to the historic district was convenient. Runs 2pm-10pm. Great for going to lunch/dinner. SO many amazing restaurants in town. I liked the brand of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Thank you for being our home away from home. Bring paper towels and cutlery.

I booked this hotel through Amex fine hotels and resorts and have always had fantastic stays when booked through them. Unfortunately, that’s not been the case here at Hotel Bardo. Let it be known, I’ve NEVER written a poor review, even if the experience hasn’t been great but for this being a fine hotel and resort and it not being cheap I want to urge others to stay elsewhere when booking through Amex. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready, one of the perks of fine hotels and resorts is an early check in and room upgrade, neither of which we received. No problem, understand this isn’t guaranteed. But when I inquired about it with the woman at the front desk it was not met with a pleasant attitude. When we did receive our room keys we weren’t given any of the details of our fine hotel and resort stay like in other hotels. I had no idea what the breakfast rules were as well as the hotel credit we would be receiving. I wound up asking the front desk employee later because the same woman wasn’t helpful. For dinner we hoped to take advantage of the house car to take us to river street. I booked through the front desk for 7:10. After waiting, inquiring 2 times, and sitting outside for over 40 minutes we wound up booking an Uber. I never heard from the driver and that was it. When we got back from River Street there was a concert going on across the street (our room faces it). It was INCREDIBLY loud. I called the front desk to ask when it would be ending, since it was 10pm at this point. She informed me she wasn’t sure the ending time and would call me back. 20 minutes later she called to let me know it wouldn’t end until 11pm. Needless to say there was zero sleeping until that ended. For breakfast, which $60 is covered from Amex, I ordered 2 entrees and specifically said we didn’t want bottled water but would love 2 glasses to use at the water station. We were brought 2 $9 bottled waters, when I inquired about them I was told I ordered them and I specifically explained I asked for glasses. On top of that there was a 25% gratuity charged. I’m happy to tip, I always tip well, but to be charged 25% when the order isn’t even correct is crazy. I’m currently sitting in our room waiting for my revised check to be delivered, which at this point I doubt I’ll ever see. I’m a single mom that brought my kids to Savannah for my 40th birthday and this was truly supposed to be a special treat for all of us and instead it’s been met with incredibly poor customer service and a sub par experience. I highly recommend the Thompson in Savannah, I wish we would’ve stayed there again.
