Hotel a 3 stelle a Saratoga Springs

Bella e pulita, amato uso di piscina e zona. Solo dellusione a COVID non continentale e doveva pagare per la scelta del colazione baggato 😕

Siamo rimasti qui in maggio per partecipare a un matrimonio. Era un posto fantastico, mentre potevamo camminare in centro. Il sabato abbiamo camminato al mercato del Farmer e abbiamo mangiato lì. Anche il Old Bryan Inn è vicino per pranzo o cena. La nostra camera reale aveva un frigorifero, una microonde e una cassaforte. Il letto era molto comodo. Anche se l'hotel era pieno il fine settimana, eravamo li' a causa di un diploma universitario, era un bel posto tranquillo. Le camere sono servite ogni 2 giorni. Mi sorprende che il letto non fosse stato fatto il giorno in cui il personale di pulizia entrava. Ho lasciato solo una rivista sul letto e il desktop ha detto che se c'era qualcosa sul letto, il letto non sarà fatto. Questo Marriott ha una piscina e un bistro dove si può mangiare. Non c'era alcun costo per il parcheggio. Rimarrei qui.

BED BUGS!! My son and I were arrived at the hotel for his hockey weekend. My son who was sleeping in the bed, while I slept on the pull out coach, woke me up at 2:30a because he had bugs on him. There we're bugs big and small on the sheets, in his hair, between the mattress and crawling on the wall. I called the front desk and they said they had spray. I went down to get the spray and ask if we could be transferred to another room. He said they had nothing available. I asked to speak to the manager, he said they'd be in at 7a. I tried to call 3 other hotels and they had nothing available. My son ”slept” sitting at the desk. I went down to the front desk at 7:30a and the Assistant Manager did give us another room then and did give us a refund for that nights ”stay”. I personally went out and had to get ”Bed bug spray” and spray our own bags. I also put our clothes through the dryer to reduce the risk of carrying any ”Bed Bugs” home. None of this was suggested by the hotel. Since we've been home, I have to call the General Manager to get an Incident report 3 times over the last 3 days and have gotten 0 response.. This is very poor customer service, other than the Assistant Manager, no one helped or has responded.
