Hotel in zona TKP Garden City Sapporo Station, Sapporo

Cross Hotel was at a most convenient location - 8 min walk from Sapporo Station. The rooms were decent size for the price and the onsen was a lovely facility. Outside the hotel, there is a very nice matcha shop and izakaya. Very convenient when you want to just grab some food after a long flight. Nearby is the quaint Clock Tower and an office building with very good authentic sushi on the ground floor and good eateries in the underground. The service was excellent. I forgot my iPad and Miki and the hotel staff kept it for me and also delivered the iPad to the train station so I will not miss my flight. I am forever grateful to Miki and the kind gentlemen I spoke to.

While the service at this hotel was very good (as was the complimentary breakfast) it must be said that this hotel is really showing it's age All of this would be fine as it is on the cheap side, but the whole hotel had a bad smell, with our bathroom absolutely reeking of mildew Also, for some strange reason there was tissue stuck in the peephole - this may have been from the previous guest, but if so it's curious that the cleaning staff didn't remove it Its a shame because I would have really enjoyed my stay here otherwise - they provide free bath salts for the bath but I didn't use them because of the awful smell. Thankfully we only stayed one night

I had a pleasant six-day stay at Hotel Hokke Club Sapporo. The room was surprisingly spacious, the largest I’ve stayed in so far in Japan. However, the hotel itself felt a bit dated, and I did notice quite a bit of dust on my desk, possibly due to the winter season and static buildup. On the positive side, the room came equipped with a humidifier and air purifier, which were lifesavers in the dry winter air—no nosebleeds this time! The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, right outside one of the exits of the Sapporo underground walkway from Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around, even with luggage. The breakfast was delicious and worth the 15 SGD price, providing a good variety to start the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had mistakenly booked a smoking room, but the lady at the front desk went out of her way to help us switch to non-smoking rooms. As the hotel was fully booked, we had to change rooms every two days during our stay, but their efforts to accommodate us were much appreciated.

Molto piacevole rimanere qui. Molto alto valore per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Mi piaceva la doccia e le strutture per il bagno, e come il bagno è separato dalla zona del bagno. Abbiamo anche aggiunto il colazione per 1 giorno e la diffusione era eccellente e piacevole. La posizione era troppo grande quando era freddo e neve molto. Possiamo arrivare al sottosuolo in 5-10 minuti. Il caffè gratuito e le bevande di benvenuto sono un bel toccamento. In generale la mia esperienza è stata meravigliosa e ritornerò!

READ ME IF U WANT A FULL DETAILED REVIEW: Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by. Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it. Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it. The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare. Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it. Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame. The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it. The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up. The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep. Bonus: - they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants - the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather Overall: A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Hotel direttamente al di là della stazione Sapporo, molto conveniente, questo è un collegamento dal fondale dell'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria sotterranea, non preoccuparsi se sta neve. Il check-in è stato regolare, il personale del desk front are friendly. Hanno fornito il deposito bagagli, usate il vostro credito per essere chiuso e sbloccato, siamo stati via a Hakotate per 2 giorni, ci hanno permesso di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio fino a quando non siamo tornati e abbiamo controllato l'hotel per una notte prima di lasciare Hokkaido. Rimarrà in questo hotel quando la prossima volta che visito Sapporo

Mi piace molto questo hotel durante il mio viaggio. La ragione per cui la posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione Sapporo come 5 minuti. Quindi non preoccupatevi di portare il bagaglio pesante. E il negozio vicino chiamato Sapporo Stellar Place, anche con un sacco di cibo bello. Vicino a sette undici, al contrario a Lawson. Quindi non avrò fame 😋. Inoltre, con distanza a piedi, posso camminare verso il parco Odori, la torre di campanella Sapporo, la torre TV Sapporo e Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Quindi non c'è bisogno di prendere il treno. La stanza è molto piccola, ma è adatta per due persone. E il loro colazione è molto bello. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Molto consigliato.

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

While Koko Hotel is located near many attractions, such as Tanukikouji and Odori Park, as well as several convenience stores, it was slightly difficult to find coming out of Odori station. Staff did not speak good English, but made great efforts to try to overcome the language barrier nonetheless while staying professional, which I appreciate.
