Hotel in zona Sorano Garden, Sapporo

Grande posizione, comoda, spaziosa e tranquilla. La parte migliore è il personale molto utile nel fare prenotazioni per cena, perché non posso parlare giapponese. Il buffet è delizioso con molte varietà e selezioni. Uno dei punti da migliorare è se l'hotel può fornire servizi di acqua potabile o di riempimento d'acqua, allora renderà il soggiorno perfetto.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

Io sono rimasto in questo hotel, e era molto confortevole, gli darei una 4 su 5. Ma i piatti erano troppo piccoli e morbidi, come se non potessi nemmeno dormire bene. E la pulizia era buona, ma il telaio nella stanza e le strade erano super polveri, come se fossi camminato attraverso una tempesta di sabbia o qualcosa del genere. La posizione e il servizio erano buoni, ma niente di speciale, non andavano davvero oltre e oltre, o niente.

Questo è un nuovo hotel in zona di Susukino. L'accesso è così conveniente, collegato a un centro commerciale e c'è un Lawson al piano terra. Il personale non può parlare bene l'inglese, ma hanno cercato di comunicare con me. Io sono rimasto nella stanza standard, non era troppo grande ma molto pulito. Il riscaldatore funziona bene, e tutte le strutture della stanza possono essere trovate nel lobby. Grazie mille per aver reso memorabile il mio 4D3N!

々 Ho vissuto due notti prima, perché i commenti erano molto alti.Le lettere del personale, l'ampia struttura, la chiarezza, la colazione di auto-supporto e la comunicazione di gustosi.Penso che la qualità non sia sorpresa anche se il prezzo è raddoppiato. Se oso preoccuparmi di una cosa, sarebbe un gruppo di studenti che sembrano essere al lavoro e al club sportivo, ma posso parlare in alto nel bagno o nel bagno di sauna, o non bagnarmi l'acqua dopo il bagno di sauna.
