Hotel in zona Sapporo Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Sapporo

While the hotel facilities show some signs of age, our overall stay was generally comfortable. However, there was one service-related issue that left room for improvement. Despite making a reservation for three people, including a child, we were told we could only receive towels for two people because the room was originally designed for double occupancy. The staff's rigid stance on this matter was disappointing, and we would appreciate more flexible service in such situations. A simple request for an extra towel shouldn't be such an issue at a hotel of this caliber.

Hotel is directly connected to the underground shopping street and is quite close to Susukino station. The room was nice and comfy and we had a great stay for five nights.

Situazione strategica e spaziose camere con sul sito onsen / primavera calda, in parte scaricate dal comportamento del desk front e date + servizi limitati. Siamo rimasti qui per 3 notti. La posizione non può essere battuta, è solo 100 m a Tanukikoji e molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Odori / Suskino. La stanza era grande e confortevole per due viaggiatori, e abbiamo anche fatto uso del forno per fare la doccia ogni notte. Tuttavia, alcuni disappunti includono il personale del servizio frontale che sembrava superficialmente gentile che ha convenientemente respinto le nostre richieste di stoccaggio dei bagagli, e anche le strutture molto limitate (nessuna busta in camera, Macchina di caffè sul pavimento solo aperto dalle ore 3:00 alle ore 9:00) che erano molto date (un paio di oggetti danneggiati nella stanza e presso la struttura di Onsen). Prima di questo, ci siamo trasferiti in un altro hotel vicino alla porta. Non vorrei che raccomandare La'gent a coloro che preferiscono avere una struttura calda di primavera. Ci sono migliori opzioni vicine per prezzi comparabili.

Hotel is very close to Susukino station which is only a 5-10mins walk and you can easily access from Sapporo station. There’s also a lot of restaurants, and shops around which is really convenience for tourists.

Bel posto che non è lontano dalla stazione Odori. Ma è stato un peccato che non ci sia nessuna merda nell'hotel. La ricezione era bella. Il bagno nella stanza era giapponese rispetto all'altro hotel che ero a Hokkaido. 😂

Il nostro soggiorno recente all'Hotel Sapporo Stream è stato un'esperienza meravigliosa e lo consigliamo molto, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invincibile it’è convenientemente situato vicino alle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici, rendendo facile esplorare Sapporo senza alcun problema. L'accessibilità dell'hotel è stata un cambiamento di gioco per famiglie come la nostra che viaggiano con un camminatore, direttamente accessibile al Cocono Suskino Mall e poi direttamente verso la zona della stazione. È raro trovare un hotel che consideri per le famiglie, e apprezzavamo davvero il design pensativo. Il servizio di custodia è stato un altro punto di riferimento del nostro soggiorno. L'hotel che assicura efficacemente la nostra camera è ben accantonato con il loro “menu” di opzioni di custodia! Come si aspettava in un hotel giapponese, la stanza era compatta ma con pensiero progettata. Anche se aprire due valigie allo stesso tempo era una sfida, questo è tipico per gli hotel in Giappone. Lo spazio è stato ben utilizzato e abbiamo trovato il suo confortevole e sufficiente per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. In generale, l'Hotel Sapporo Stream ha superato le nostre aspettative con la sua posizione migliore, l'accessibilità familiare e un'ottima sistemazione. Sebbene la dimensione della camera possa essere un leggero aggiustamento per alcuni, è un piccolo scambio per la comodità e la qualità del servizio fornito. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the room quality and amenities as well as the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The place was not spiffy clean but also got that that very homey feel. The winter season makes this hotel even more attractive as it comforts you well amidst the cold outside the premises. The breakfast was unique and we enjoyed the variety that was available daily. The location is also the best as public transportation is easily accessible but we were mostly taking cabs as we booked arrangements in other places that were a bit far and this was the last leg of our Japan vacation and we had less strength to us public transportation. We truly recommend this hotel especially to groups and families visiting Sapporo.

While Koko Hotel is located near many attractions, such as Tanukikouji and Odori Park, as well as several convenience stores, it was slightly difficult to find coming out of Odori station. Staff did not speak good English, but made great efforts to try to overcome the language barrier nonetheless while staying professional, which I appreciate.

Smile Hotel Premium - Sapporo Susukino was an ideal base for my solo adventure in Sapporo. The location couldn’t have been better—right in Susukino, with so many restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The room was small but spotless and modern, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, happy to give tips on local spots. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience, especially if you’re looking to dive into Sapporo’s lively food scene and local attractions. I’d stay here again!
