Abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza con i servizi che le acque libere in bottiglia erano solo per i membri dell'IHG e non siamo stati informati in anticipo o durante il check-in. E gli agenti dell'hotel erano davvero indifferenti quando abbiamo cercato di comunicare su questo tema. Ci è stato detto: “Nessuno può ottenere acqua bollita a meno che non sia membro dell’IGH”.
Non siamo stati trattati in questo modo in nessun hotel in Giappone o nel mondo in base a gruppi di hotel. Questa potrebbe essere la peggiore esperienza che abbiamo avuto su un piccolo problema a causa delle malate comunicazioni con il team di servizio dell'hotel. Molto deluso per tali politiche discriminatorie in materia di alberghi e non potremmo comunque considerare il gruppo IHG in Giappone.
È stato un hotel accogliente con una buona posizione, ma le strutture sono vecchie.

Also, if you plan to explore the city center or visit food junctions, be prepared to walk a lot because they are about 1.2km from the hotel. On the other hand, it's important to note that the facilities are relatively limited as there are neither microwaves nor washing machines available, only laundry services with a premium price tag.

々 Ho vissuto due notti prima, perché i commenti erano molto alti.Le lettere del personale, l'ampia struttura, la chiarezza, la colazione di auto-supporto e la comunicazione di gustosi.Penso che la qualità non sia sorpresa anche se il prezzo è raddoppiato. Se oso preoccuparmi di una cosa, sarebbe un gruppo di studenti che sembrano essere al lavoro e al club sportivo, ma posso parlare in alto nel bagno o nel bagno di sauna, o non bagnarmi l'acqua dopo il bagno di sauna. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and overall I was impressed with the cleanliness, prime location, and the modern feel of the rooms. However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the staff's attitude during my stay. It's a shame because I believe this hotel has tremendous potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. The negativity from the staff had a noticeable impact on my overall satisfaction.
On a particular occasion, I overheard two staff members conversing in Japanese in front of me. To my surprise, their discussion included a negative comment about my request for water, despite a prior assurance from another staff member that I could request water at any time.
This incident was disappointing, as the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members not only contradicted the positive image of your hotel but also left me annoyed and upset as a guest. Understanding the language used in the conversation only added to the unfortunate experience.

Sono rimasto in una capsula nel dormitorio al terzo piano dell'hotel, dove sono situati i servizi di check-in. Credo che ci siano unità familiari o camere private in altri piani dell'hotel.
+ Molto buona posizione. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana più vicina. Via della metropolitana circa 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Odori.
+ Letti molto confortevoli, letti di buona qualità e cuscini.
+ Facilitie comuni molto buone e pulite - mobili di alta qualità, bagni spaziosi (molto meglio del prezzo suggerito).
+ Il check-in è stato facile (ad eccezione dell'ascensore, cfr. sotto).
- Ho prenotato il mio alloggio attraverso Trip.com. Ciò significa che non ho ricevuto un'e-mail dall'hotel con il codice per attivare l'ascensore (o persino sapere che avevo bisogno di un codice!). Grazie a Dio, una signora mi ha messo il codice per portarmi al terzo piano, così potrei entrare, altrimenti sarei rimasto bloccato senza accesso all'hotel.
- Non ci sono utensili da cucina, piatti, tazze, cucina o frigo in cucina al terzo piano dove sono situati i dormitori.
Sarei felice di rimanere qui per i soldi, ora so i disagi che ho scritto sopra, in modo che possa pianificare di conseguenza.

Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Odori Station with full metro connection. Also near Odori Park and TV tower. Room size is just be right for 2 but for too small for triple sharing. Airport Express bus stop is also a few minutes walk away.
My ceiling lights above writing and coffee table were out of order, informed receptionist and the answer was negative, means it's always like that.
We brought our own toothbrush instead of using those provided but was taken away by the housekeeper. We replaced it but the next day again they disposed it.
Otherwise the hotel is ok to book.

굉장히 나이스한 직원 , 아님 그렇지 못한 느낌을 건네는 이들도 있어요.
조식은 재료 하나하나 신경쓴 신선한 음식입니다.
다만 메뉴를 좀 바꿔야할 필요성은 있었어요.^^
높은 단가의 재료들의 음식들 메뉴가 보통이었어요.
룸 또한 불편없었으나.. 창문이 없어서 좀 답답한 감은 있었어요.

L'hotel è nuovo, pulito e facile da usare. Il bagno pubblico dispone di sauna e macchina per massaggi. La colazione a buffet comprende la tipica zuppa di curry di Hokkaido e Gengis Khan, le verdure nell'insalata sono sempre fresche e il dessert cambia ogni mese, quindi potrete gustare panini alla frutta.
Il croissant era croccante e il toast francese e il bamuda erano posizionati accanto al toast.
La colazione è deliziosa, il personale è cigolante e senza stress.
Per coloro a cui non dispiace, questo è un buon hotel perché è un po' lontano dalla stazione.
