Se si viaggia dall'aeroporto, l'aeroporto Liner bus è proprio davanti all'hotel, ma il viaggio richiederà più di 90 minuti, poiché ci sono poche fermate prima di arrivare all'hotel. La stanza è pulita e temperata. Si prenota il colazione se disponibile. È costoso 3300Yen se paga separatamente all'hotel, ma il colazione alla Terrazza Nord è uno dei migliori colazione buffet che abbia mai provato.

Questo potrebbe essere l'hotel più bello che abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone durante il mio tempo; il design è moderno, il buffet è meraviglioso (anche se un po' costoso) e la vista del parco Odor è stata grande. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il bagno, che è separato dal bagno, che è raro per le camere alberghiere più piccole in questo paese. Il personale era molto gentile e comprensivo, come avevo chiesto che il mio bagaglio fosse tenuto fino alle 3:00, ma non l'ho trovato fino a molto più tardi senza alcun problema. Ho soggiornato nella stanza standard della regina e ho ottenuto più di quanto mi aspettavo. Lo consiglierei sinceramente!

Abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza con i servizi che le acque libere in bottiglia erano solo per i membri dell'IHG e non siamo stati informati in anticipo o durante il check-in. E gli agenti dell'hotel erano davvero indifferenti quando abbiamo cercato di comunicare su questo tema. Ci è stato detto: “Nessuno può ottenere acqua bollita a meno che non sia membro dell’IGH”. Non siamo stati trattati in questo modo in nessun hotel in Giappone o nel mondo in base a gruppi di hotel. Questa potrebbe essere la peggiore esperienza che abbiamo avuto su un piccolo problema a causa delle malate comunicazioni con il team di servizio dell'hotel. Molto deluso per tali politiche discriminatorie in materia di alberghi e non potremmo comunque considerare il gruppo IHG in Giappone. È stato un hotel accogliente con una buona posizione, ma le strutture sono vecchie.

Sono stato a Sapporo diverse volte e volevo anche stare in questo hotel. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla stazione JR Sapporo, è anche facile guidare. Parcheggio per un piccolo prezzo sul sito senza la difficoltà di andare all'aperto è un plus, perché è molto freddo fuori durante questo periodo. L'hotel è circondato da molti negozi e ristoranti, ci sono molte scelte da scegliere. La colazione è media, ma la vista è molto buona. I ristoranti vicini compongono la media del colazione sul sito. La vista dalla nostra stanza è fantastica, la vista di giorno e di notte di Sapporo è un catcher occhio. Le strutture che forniscono sono anche di buona qualità. L'hotel potrebbe utilizzare una qualche rinnovazione perché è iniziato a sembrare datato. Anche il basso è che il ronzio sul 22esimo piano richiede un'ulteriore commissione. Sarebbe bello se l'ospite dell'hotel puo' usarla gratuitamente. In generale, un hotel molto bello e sarei sicuramente tornato.

Easy access to convenient stores and food nearby. La stanza è pulita e ben attrezzata wt TV, wifi, asciugacapelli, frigo ecc. Tuttavia, la bottiglia d'acqua è stata fornita solo una volta al check in & poi non riempire la bottiglia d'acqua. Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. 札幌市電西4丁目駅の前にあり、地下鉄大通駅や大通公園からも近くて便利な立地。 元々パチンコ店だった所を改装した宿泊施設となっているが、名残はあまり感じなかった。 現在は1階にセブンイレブンが入居しており、買い物も便利。 フロントは2階で、1階から↑を押してエレベーターに乗った場合、2階のボタンが自動的に押される仕組みとなっているようである。 ラウンジや朝食会場も2階にあり、広々としていた。 自動チェックイン・チェックアウト機も設置されており、 宿泊時、インはカウンターで対応・館内の説明をして頂いたが、アウトは機械で、追加精算がない場合はスムーズ。 客室階は3~6階。 セキュリティは充実しており、 2階まで上がってきたエレベーター内のカードリーダーへチェックイン時に借りたカードを翳すと、 自身の宿泊階と、大浴場のある地下1階のボタンが点滅するので、その間に押す。 その為、3~6階では自身の宿泊階以外への立入は出来ない。 客室に関しては、鍵が掛けられないのはカプセルホテルと同じ（男性/女性各々階が分かれており、どちらでも宿泊可能） だが、天井が高く（逆に横が少し狭い?）、圧迫感等はそれほど感じない。 鍵付きの収納、充電用コンセント・USB、テレビ、Wi-Fiも設置。 共用トイレやランドリーも客室のある各階（ランドリーは3階除く）や地下1階に設置されている。 大浴場や自動販売機は地下1階にあり、エレベーターにカードを翳して降りる。 当然ながら、男女別それぞれの入口ドアがあり、こちらでもカードを翳して入室する。 浴場内にはサウナも設置され、セルフ式ロウリュの説明書きもある。 風呂もそれなりに広かった記憶がある。 脱衣所には冷水機も設置されていてその場で水分補給出来る他、 シャワールームも設置されていて、浴場に入らずとも体を洗える。 宿泊者の利用時間は5:30-9:30,15:00-26:00（深夜2時）までで、ゆっくり入れる。 また、日帰り入浴も行われており（2020/11現在、営業時間14:00-22:00、タオル付税込1000円）、便利だと思う。 朝食（有料なので、朝食つきプランか前日にフロントで申込）は 2階のラウンジでビュッフェ形式、7:00-9:30。 8:30頃に訪れた所、客が少なかった為か 各々の量が少なくなっていた。 が、スープカレー等もあり、とても良い物だった。 立地や朝食も良く、客室や大浴場も快適で良かったので、また泊まりたい。

Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Odori Station with full metro connection. Also near Odori Park and TV tower. Room size is just be right for 2 but for too small for triple sharing. Airport Express bus stop is also a few minutes walk away. My ceiling lights above writing and coffee table were out of order, informed receptionist and the answer was negative, means it's always like that. We brought our own toothbrush instead of using those provided but was taken away by the housekeeper. We replaced it but the next day again they disposed it. Otherwise the hotel is ok to book.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

We got a complimentary upgrade to a large room with more amenities like washing machines and a simple kitchen. It was a nice surprise and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - convenient to the main shopping area with plenty of F&B choices. The sound insulation is good and we didn’t hear any noise ate late night. The bathing area is nice and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

A differenza di Hiroshima e Tokyo sulla strada locale, la radio terrestre è molto affamata e facile da fiorire!Al contrario, il centro commerciale sotterraneo è molto caldo (＞ _ ＜), ma non è una carta (^-^;

As mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!
