We had a great stay at Best Western Odori Koen in Sapporo. It was close to the subway station and just a short walk from where you get off if you ride the bus from the airport. The staff was warm and accommodating, the whole property was clean, and we appreciated that there was a couple of wash and dry laundry machines on the second floor. Highly recommending this hotel for anyone who’s coming to Sapporo!

I’m just finishing a night in the Raffinato, a staycation after a night out with friends . The Raffinato is on the South 3 road near Ishiyama dori, the main north-south road through the center of Sapporo. Odori Park is three blocks away. The Tanuki kouji arcade is a block away and Susukino starts about two blocks away. You’re close to the action, but in a little quieter area. Perfect for me. My room is a single on the 9th floor. It is a normal, small single. The bed is firm. I could use more pillows, but one pillow in Japan for a single is normal. If you like warm hotels in winter, this one is very warm. I slept without the covers last night. For me, living in Sapporo, it's too warm. But for visitors not accustomed to the cold, it's probably perfect. Check-in was easy. Check out was my machine, and by dropping your key in the box. Easy. Price-wise, the hotel is inexpensive. For a few days in Sapporo, I think it's fine for anyone on a budget. It's an average budget hotel in a pretty inexpensive city. And for me, it's a perfect location for a night on the town.

1. 서비스 (1) 직원분들 매우 친절합니다. 기본안내, 문의응대 등 매우 만족했습니다. (2) 직원분들 2개국어씩은 기본으로(일어, 영어, 한국어, 중국어 등) 가능한 분들만 계셔서 편해요. (3) 5일 이상 머무는 경우에만 4일차에 청소해주니 참고하세요(별도 요청시 비용발생) 2. 시설 (1) 1층 로비는 쾌적한 편이나 흡연실이 가까이 있어서 여기서부터 조금씩 담배냄새가 납니다. (2) 엘리베이터가 여러 방향에 있어서 처음에 물어보시는걸 추천드립니다(잘못 타고 올라가면 여기가 호텔이 맞나 싶은 생뚱맞은 곳으로...) (3) 1인으로 예약해서 방이 좁다는 느낌을 받았는데, 일본의 “한국에 비해 대체로 아기자기한 느낌”을 생각하면 이것도 저는 나쁘지 않았습니다. (4) 방음이 이곳의 가장 아쉬운점이 아닐까 싶네요. 옆방에서 정말 조용하게 통화중이신데도 자려고 누우니 다 들리는... 3. 위치 (1) 역에서 10-15분은 걸어야 스스키노(북쪽), 나카지마공원(남쪽) 역이 나와서 이 부분이 조금 불편할 수 있어요(눈이 많이 오던 시점이라 그렇게 느낀걸지도 모르겠네요 바닥이...) (2) 인근 관광명소는 뚜벅이가 지하철/버스 타고 다니기에 준혀 불편함 없었습니다.

A family of 4 persons; we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. A very convenient location with a lot of shops and restaurants around. The hotel facilities are sufficient for a leisure stay and the breakfasts were good enough with value for money. Within 2 mins. walk, one can easily get on board the airport shuttle to and from the airport which is extremely convenient. There is a tax free souvenir shop right next to the hotel which is very handy. Most of the shops and restaurants we needed to go are within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the JR station. There is an entrance to the underground shopping street right next to the hotel, making it easy to reach nearby attractions, even in cold weather. The only downside was the attitude of one front desk staff member, who was not very courteous.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the city center, within walking distance of Odori Park and nestled within the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, making exploration of the area a breeze. It features a smoking room, and the lobby boasts a unique combination of a coffee shop and library, creating a pleasant ambiance. Although the rooms are typically small, as is common in Japan, they are exceptionally clean, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are very friendly, and housekeeping services are provided daily at no extra charge. Don’t miss out on trying ”That Coffee” during your stay—it's the best coffee I’ve ever had literarry across the hotel door lobby and Akahoshi Ramen for 500 yen.

we booked another room about 2 weeks later because a friend wanted to travel along. We requested if we could stay next to each other, but Frontdesk refused by saying the one book earlier needed to pay more in order to stay with each other. We ended up staying on different side and floor of the building. It's the mc same room type and I can't comprehend. The room I stayed was old. Elevator is thirty like service elevator. Onsen area is clean, but water didn't smell like from hot spring. Room isn't like YouTuber said it was big and new, but overall experience is OK.

Chiedo a un ex imprenditore di Sunroute di fare pulizia ecologica per due notti consecutive a Xinxuan Road.5300 yen ogni notte.Ci sono un forno in camera, un piano di famiglia, molto conveniente.L'edificio è molto vecchio.Le bevande ospiti sono alcol gratuito e bevande morbide １. La colazione è 2500 yen buffet.Il sapore è buono, quindi ho provato un giorno.La frutta di mare è deliziosa, ma la donna di San Luo ha qualcosa da offrire senza caldo, quindi mi sono dimesso il giorno dopo.

Very close to JR sapporo station, approximately 5 mins walk from exit. Hotel lobby located at 2nd floor, self check-in kiosk, staff avaiable to help. Very nice staff. Plenty of amenities provided at lobby, from basis tooth brush, comb etc, to facial care, moisture masks, to bath salt. Tea bags are available as well. A small but chill lobby area, with coffee machine. Room is good as well, spacious bathroom with bathtubs as well as shower area, room is a bit small but very clean and tidy, wooden floor. There’s even extra electric fan (Dyson!!!!!!!!!!!) and massage machine in bedroom! One comment is that you need to keep your blind closed otherwise people in opposite building will see you very clearly.

小さい子どもを連れての利用でしたが、オーナーさんのお気遣いがあり安心して利用できました。住宅街の中にあるので騒がしさはなく、ゆったり過ごすことができます。施設内のお風呂は基本シャワーのみの利用ですが、おすすめしてくださった銭湯がとても良い所でした。オーナーさんがお手すきの時は銭湯へ送迎もしてくれるようです。玄関は24時ころ施錠されますが、事前に伝えておくと出入りすることはできます。朝も早い時間は施錠されています。朝食にいただいた自家製のパンと苺のコンフィチュールがとても美味しかったです。いただきながらオーナーさんと色々なお話ができて楽しいひと時でした。子どもがハイハイで動きまわりたい時期にホテルなどの洋室は避けたくて、でもなかなか和室を見つける事が難しかったのでとても有り難かったです。

If it has luggage storage service, I would give a 5-star rate. The location is excellent. It just a few minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I also want to complain about the incorrect information provided by Trip.com. It said the hotel was luggage storage service and I booked It mostly for this reason. It interrupted my plan of trip when I found there was no such service after checking in.
