Location: On the outskirts of Okinawa city on the edge of Kadena air base - not a problem if you are driving as it connects to the main routes, not far also from American Village Parking: Ample free parking Room: Spacious with a lot of light, but since it is close to the air base you can hear military planes taking off and landing through the morning Breakfast: A very good spread including local dishes Facilities: Swimming pool on rooftop (water looked really cold) with a bar but the views were great, and welcome drinks were complimentary and available till late. Onsen on 2/F also opens till late

Lo scenario nelle stanze più economiche sarà un po' distorto~ Ma non importa~ Trascorrere felicemente il fine settimana non influenzerà il tuo umore~ È meglio andare in piscina dopo maggio... Aprile è ancora un po' freddo. Non ho mangiato la colazione della celebrità di Internet. Sento che, non importa quanto sia ricca la colazione per più di 200 persone, non vale la pena fare colazione a questo prezzo~. Ma~ L'indirizzo dell'hotel è piuttosto remoto, quindi non ci sono altri ristoranti vivaci nei dintorni, quindi possiamo mangiare solo in hotel. Anche se dura solo milleuno notti in bassa stagione, sarebbe più piacevole se i dintorni fossero più vivaci e ci fossero più scelte per mangiare e bere.

La camera era un po' angusta, c'erano 3 letti nella stanza ed è abbondante, ma rendeva la stanza troppo piccola e decisamente difficile muoversi. Abbiamo dovuto scavalcare il letto per raggiungere il tavolo e la sedia che avevano stretto lì dentro. La piscina illimitata era bella ma dovresti pagare un costo aggiuntivo al giorno e può aumentare rapidamente. Se hai intenzione di restare a lungo, porta più vestiti perché le lavatrici sono piccole e piuttosto inutili, i miei vestiti erano ancora bagnati dopo 2 ore di asciugatura. Il parcheggio non è gratuito, il che è strano soprattutto dato che rimani lì ma devi comunque pagare per parcheggiare lì. Nel complesso, secondo me, è un 3 su 5.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel in 2 anni. Posizione: 8/10 L'hotel si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Okinawa, nella zona di Onna. L'aeroporto di Naha dista circa 50-55 minuti di auto. Alcuni ristoranti locali e Lawson si trovano a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La posizione non ha nulla che non vada, visto che l'abbiamo scelta noi. Servizio: 10/10 Abbiamo prenotato l'accesso alla Club Lounge con check-in express e snack durante il giorno. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il servizio: i sorrisi sono ovunque e sono sempre benvenuti da tutti in hotel. Per sottolineare una cosa: abbiamo avuto bisogno di un cacciavite per aprire la piccola custodia del giocattolo di mio figlio, il personale è stato così gentile da trovarmene uno, e non credo che un hotel debba aiutarmi per una richiesta del genere. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Era spaziosa e non sembrava angusta, quindi non ho avuto problemi a rimanere lì per diverse notti. Solo una cosa...forse è solo una coincidenza, ma ho notato che il letto tremava parecchio quando mi giravo ^^; Mi è piaciuto confrontare i saponi di Okinawa, i sali da bagno e lo zucchero di canna nell'angolo dei servizi! Il personale della reception è stato molto cortese durante il check-in e il check-out. È stato meraviglioso poterlo fare in modo efficiente e con così tanto cuore✨ C'erano così tanti piatti a colazione che sentivo che avrei potuto conquistarli tutti se mi fossi sforzato. Pensavo non ci fossero molti tipi di contorni per me, invece sono rimasta molto soddisfatta degli onigiri di maiale e uova e degli hamburger. Ho sentito che questo hotel era adatto a una vasta gamma di generazioni! La prossima volta vorrei utilizzare il club lounge?

Tornerò la prossima volta che viaggiero' a Okinawa. Belli edifici e atmosfera, amichevole servizio di personale, spiaggia privata e parchi sottomarini penso che sia un buon posto per rimanere qui per 2-3 giorni.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

The service was excellent. They took good care of us by fulfilling our requests sich as extra bottled water. The room was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, there was no traffic noise at all. The location is great, within walking distance from the main street and Makishi Public Market. Parking costs 1500 yen per day as of May 2025, but there are other nearby parking options that allows you to park up to 24hours at about 800 yen.

We absolutely loved the lounges and the brunch spot—such a treat to enjoy a meal anytime, even after checkout! The resort is about an hour away by car, so if you can, definitely rent a car for convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We only wish we could have stayed an extra night!
