The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and runs a lounge where you can get bakeries and drinks. The location is also good, and the staff are kind and helpful. I will consider this hotel again on my next visit to Sapporo.

Fairy good hotel from subway Nakajima Koen station. Check out time is 10 a.m. However extendable until 6 p.m. with reasonable rate. （subject to availability）Guest can use the lounge and enjoy hotel made breads. （afternoon - evening）

Awesome spot, close to parks and beautiful view to the street. I booked a smoking room without knowing what I got myself into, but the room was spotless, the water pressure amazing, and the bath tub accomodating. For future travelers: if you don't smoke, do not book a smoking room!

Service was great. Unfortunately the room smelt funny and had mould growing under the desk 

The hot spring is under maintenance since 2024 March, but it is not stated when I make booking on this hotel, quite disappointed I can’t enjoy the hot spring when staying there for two nights, as the temperature in Sapporo now in mid-November is very low (lowest 4 celsius at night). Overall cleanliness and distance from the train station is perfect.

Great location, near susukino area. Guest can enjoy complimentary free flow drinks& icecream from the lounge, public bath access, borrow the books & video, luggage storage before check-in & after check-out. Cons : room size a bit compact

I miss this hotel very much. The onsen will always remove my fatigue after my day trip. During shower water flow is high and the water temperature is just right. After Onsen, I could always enjoy the Yogurt drink. They provide many comic/manga however it is in Japanese version. The hotel restaurant is so cozy, I love to sit there to have my meal and watch the pedestrians walking in the street. They also provide some fresh bread daily from 3pm-6pm, Ice cream with different topping, and drink. The room was cleaned up daily. only 1 thing could be improved which is the toilet bowl should come with a warm temperature feature. The location is walking distance to subway and the garden. 2 stations aways from Sapporo Station.

Not bad but not good

A well organized relif place. stated close to the town creek grants additional refreshment. Comic book shelves and spa bath on the 1st floor was great. breakfast was also enjoyable. plenty of options to start up your day. I would love to try non-smoking compartment when the time comes next time. :)
