The hotel is at a very convenient location. The room has a nice view! Love that it has a washing machine and a microwave inside the room.

Tokyu Stay Sapporo was perfect for me, good location and to access the sights and main station. Simple room and amenities but always consistent and clean.

I am travelling one my own and the size of the room is just right for me. It is close to the metro station, just a station away from the Sapporo and Susukino. Staff are nice and could communicate with basic English. Over all a good experience

Fantastic hotel , in central location with easy access to the central area in Sapporo. The facilities are very new and even have a washing machine at room. Got coffee available at lobby. The room is very big in Japan standard. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is right outside the main road shopping this LV boutique is just across the street free coffee in the lobby free toiletries teabags etc

Every time I visit Sapporo, I choose to stay at this hotel—it's the best Tokyu Stay I've experienced across Japan. Its prime location near Odori Park, offering views of the TV Tower, is a major plus. The staff are welcoming, the lobby is well-appointed, the cleanliness is unmatched, and one of the standout features is the inclusion of a laundry machine. Additionally, it boasts a proper chair and table setup, which is a refreshing change from the typically compact accommodations in Japan.

This hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice and polite, the amenities in the room were superb, there was a microwave and a washing machine with a dryer function!!!!! It was in a great location too and the view was really nice :)))It was also super quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable!

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for three nights and were very happy with the location, the amenities, and also the size of the room. The hotel is located very near to malls (Parco, Mitsukoshi & Marui Imai etc) and is also walking distance to Tanukikoji, Sapporo TV Tower & Odori Park. There is a washer & dryer machine within the room for you to use. Parking lots are limited (they have ground parking and machine parking), but once you have checked in, a parking lot will be allocated for you for the rest of the stay. This arrangement really helped when you need to drive out for day trips 👍

I was pleasantly surprised by the room equipment. The inclusion of a washer, dryer machine, shoes dryer and microwave oven is highly convenient for me. Moreover, the location is excellent, being in close proximity to renowned shopping streets and restaurants. Tidy room, friendly for drivers.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also nice that they have washer/dryer provided. The location of the hotel is also convenient because of nearby malls, subway and convenient store. we will choose this hotel again if we go back to Sapporo.

Locations was good as it near a train station, supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores wear all within working distance. Room was great, even have a washing machine inside and laundry detergent was provided as well.
