Hotel terme a Sapporo

We stayed in Japanese style room type was so nice. The outdoor onsen was great and excited for me. Breakfast had a lot of food and good testy. The restaurant was good as well. The staffs gave many information for us. Love it!

Love this mid size hotel, easily beats many of the international luxuries brands.... mind you this is not a young hotel, yet everything is well kept and for asian who likes harder beds this is one of the BEST mattress i have slept on. Not to mention the bed linens is of extreme high quality that make the likes of Park Haytt and Conrad feel like cheaps rags.

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

La camera dell'hotel è sorprendentemente spaziosa considerando l'hotel convenientemente situato nel centro della città. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar intorno all'hotel. La camera da letto è nuova e tempestiva e pulita. La primavera calda dell'hotel è fino a 1:00, che è molto importante per i viaggiatori.

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.

Il personale è molto bello e utile. Possono parlare buon inglese e questo ci aiuta molto. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte all'hotel e dovevamo andare all'aeroporto alle 6 del mattino. L'hotel è stato molto considerato e molto gentile per permetterci di sostituire il buffet per il buffet di colazione che altrimenti mancheremmo. L'hotel era sulla montagna e il cottage era ben decorato. Il cibo al buffet era molto delizioso e in una grande varietà. Stiamo pensando di tornare per un soggiorno più lungo.

La posizione non è cattiva, non così vicino a Suskino come altri hotel simili, ma hanno il proprio parcheggio, che costa solo 1500 yen al giorno più si può spostare la macchina in e fuori senza restrizioni. Devi solo portare la carta al desktop anteriore per convalidare ogni volta che esci. Passiamo a Susukino e l'arcade shopping a piedi, prende 20-30min camminare, possiamo effettivamente vedere la sezione dell'arcade shopping No.7 dalla nostra finestra. In tutto ciò che mi piace questo hotel, la selezione del colazione è grande, ma la dimensione della camera è molto piccola, ben credo che questo è normale qui in Giappone nella città.

언어) 나는 일본어를 잘 못 한다? 파파고앱 필수입니다. 모든 안내문이 일본어로 써있고, 직원분들이 영어에 능통하지 않으셔서 영어로 질문드렸더니 파파고앱 켜시더라구요. (물론.. 제가 말도 안 되는 영어로 질문했을 수도 있습니다...) 직원분들 모두 정말 친절하셔서 최대한 답변해주시려고 노력해주시는 모습이 감사했습니다..! 시설) 건물 자체가 대욕장, 1인 온천 등 찾기 쉬운 구조는 아니니 안내문 잘 보세요! 룸 컨디션 좋아요. 조금 건조하긴 하지만 난방 잘 되고, 가습기 겸 공기청정기 있습니다. 넓고, 깨끗합니다. 식사) 해산물 안 좋아하시면 비추입니다.. 해산물 좋아해도 응..? 이러실 수 있는 맛이랄까요...ㅎㅎ 지극히 주관적인 견해입니다. 제가 해산물을 안 좋아하고, 이러한 식사가 제공된다는 점을 알고 갔지만 그래도 살짝 실망스럽긴 하더라구요. 아, 여기 때마다 간식을 챙겨줍니다. 방으로 가져다 주시는 건 아니고, 로비층에 항상 다과가 제공되는데 다과 종류가 시간에 따라 바뀌니까 꼭 챙겨 드시고요, 대욕장에서 온천하시고 나오시면서 탈의실에 있는 아이스크림 꼭 드세요! 부가서비스) 일단 삿포로 시내나 공항에서 가기에 좀 멀어요. 다녀오면서 눈 구경을 실컷 하긴 했지만 교통편이 애매하다, 혹은 이동이 힘들다 하시는 분들은 호텔 들어가실 땐 무료송영버스 운행하니까 홈페이지 통해서 미리 예약하고 가시구요, 호텔에서 공항이나 삿포로 시내 나가실 때는 정액택시.예약해달라고 미리 호텔에 전화로 부탁하시면 예약해주십니다. 총평) 해산물을 좋아하고, 경치 좋은 한적한 곳에서 온천을 즐기고 싶다. 하시는 분들께 추천드립니다. 개인적으로는 식사가 조금 실망스러웠지만 간식이 잘 준비되어 있어서 배고플 틈이 없었습니다ㅋ 소통은 파파고앱 쓰면 되니 괜찮았구요, 물 온도도 너무 뜨겁지 않아서 피부가 민감한 저는 좋았습니다. 저는 온천을 되게 좋아하진 않는 편이고, 식사가 중요한 사람이라 다시 갈꺼냐..하면 그건 생각을 좀 해보겠습니다.. ㅎㅎ

The stay was overall above average. Suggestions for the hotel are 1. Usb ports or travel adapters in the room 2. Reception should ask for our dietary preferences when we check in. Couldn't eat the beef dish provided during dinner 3. Drinks counter at the audio area can be extended to 12 midnight as there aren't really anything to do after onsen 4. Feeder bus timing from Sapporo station can be earlier so we can have more time to walk around the parks and vicinity prior to check in. We had to rush to the park as it gets dark very early during autumn.
