Hotel MANGROVE TREE a Sanya

Entrando tra le mangrovie della Baia di Sanya, vedrai una varietà di edifici in stile sud-est asiatico nella foresta pluviale tropicale, che sono piuttosto caratteristici. Il resort è un complesso, con centri commerciali, cibo, intrattenimento e alloggi riuniti in uno solo. Personalmente mi piace molto questa esperienza unica. L'esperienza del check-in è stata molto positiva. Mi congratulo con Chloe, il personale della reception del Coconut Grove Hotel, per avermi spiegato pazientemente le varie strutture del parco. Il suo atteggiamento è stato caloroso e premuroso e la lodo.

Non si concentrano sui clienti internazionali. E' evidente che neanche loro sono particolarmente interessati, dato che il 95% degli ospiti qui sono locali. I colazione sono assolutamente terribili, e il posto è sporco ovunque. La pulizia non è certo il loro vestito forte. Nel migliore dei casi la polvere è semplicemente sputata dalle tavole sulla sedia che si siede, lasciando tinture sulle tue vestiti. Letti solari sulla spiaggia sono quasi impossibili da trovare a meno che tu non sia estremamente fortunato. La piscina riscaldata è completamente inconfortabile e sembra essere solo per lo spettacolo. Questo è nonostante il fatto che non vi è quasi alcuna differenza di prezzo tra gli hotel, e nel nostro caso è stato anche più economico. In generale, abbiamo dato un'impressione chiara che non torneremo qui.

Inizialmente volevo cambiare il mio soggiorno, ma dopo aver camminato per un po', sono tornato. La governante Hebe era molto responsabile e mi ha consigliato molti posti deliziosi e divertenti. La tipologia delle camere è diversa da quella in cui ho soggiornato l'ultima volta. Sono più grandi e sembrano un vecchio hotel. Quando ho fatto il check-in di notte, le luci nel corridoio non erano accese, il che era davvero un po' spaventoso. Tutto il resto era molto buono e c'era un servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto. Il trasferimento al Tempio Nanshan è stato un po' ritardato. Non è consigliabile seguire l'auto. Il viaggio di mezza giornata ha fatto perdere un'intera giornata.

La nostra stanza era di fronte all'oceano. Era bello sentire le onde mentre dormiva. La stanza era grande e pulita. La zona bagno/vestimento era la stessa lunghezza della stanza ... bella. Il personale della piscina era bello e amichevole. Una delle piscine era chiusa, ma la piscina di vista del mare era bella quando non era interrotta da ospiti che urlavano nei loro telefoni o fumavano sul lato. Il vento soffia fumo verso le sedie del salone, quindi il fumo in qualsiasi parte vicino alla piscina dovrebbe essere vietato. Purtroppo non è una regola per i fumatori fumare da nessuna parte nelle vicinanze delle piscine. Tuttavia, quando i bambini gridavano, ciò che avrebbe potuto essere un inizio rilassante al giorno è uno dei wolfing down food per sfuggire al caos. I ragazzi del bus guardano la nostra tavola con piastre vuote e guardano solo ... non prendono le nostre piastre. Non sono sicuro perché. Possiamo parlare cinese e anche se l'inglese li spaventa, è solo una piastra. Posso tornare? Sì, a causa della bella vista dalla stanza, la dimensione della stanza, la piscina, la pulizia, il paesaggio, la spiaggia (dimensione e pulizia).

It was a great experience. As a family of 3 (including a toddler), we enjoyed our trip. The buffet was adequate. The water park and Adventure Zone were the best for my son.

網上好多人吐槽紅樹林，我來三次三亞住了三次紅樹林，並沒有網上説的那麼差。舊是肯定舊一點，我住的皇后棕，衞生整潔，服務也是到位的。市中心的位置去第一市場吃海鮮或其它地方都方便，門口有葯店，便利店。我最喜歡它的整體園區，面積很大，綠化也好，給人休閑舒適松馳的感覺。玩途的冰淇淋比哈根達斯的好吃，早餐的自助咖啡機裏咖啡豆🫘子比其他酒店的都好喝。送的旅拍也不錯，總體來説在三亞是性價比極高的酒店，預算有限的人很推薦。還免費看了萬人AI藝術展，很棒！

The hotel staffs provide very good service. They are very proactive and always ask if there is any service we may need from them. My kid left something at the hotel room and they so kind to ship the item to us free of charge on the same day we told them. I am impressed with their service. Thumps up!

I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.
