Great hotel . I’ve stayed before and I’ll stay again. Location is good and service is fast. Good for couples not suitable for singles

The hotel is located in a convenient area , close to night market which is about 5 mins walk ,sanya bay and coconut dream corridor beach. It is close to some scenic areas like phoenix island also. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel. The rooms are big and spacious but have a musky smell . Only problem with the room is that the bathtub is too small to fit a person and there’s a problem getting hot water so couldn’t fully enjoy bath. Some rooms need a bit of refurbishing too.

服務一級差，明明消費111元房費就是不肯開111的發票，衹給開81元。退房時間一分鐘都不多一直催。房間味道又大牆又臟

酒店不怎麼樣，衞生條件超級差，衞生間一股臭味，房間偶爾聞到臭味 酒店裡我們什麼東西也沒有用，就莫名的被扣十元 然後睡了一晚，不知道怎麼回事，身上就長痘痘，很癢

挺好的，裝修比較簡單，大氣，乾淨，衞生，這裏交通環境，住宿便利，嗯，前台也熱情嗯

前台服務極差極差服了第一次碰到這種的前台 什麼不都會怎麼當的前台.

房間有一股味道，換個房間就要加錢，説到店換房間就要加錢，太差了

浴缸是壞的，説換一個好的有熱水的房間，結果還是壞的

環境不錯，位置也挺好，離夜市很近

很好不要錯過
