Sienna Eco Resort

The resort is well maintained and absolutely stunning. Stelios, the property manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp and in person for any questions or assistance. He gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and made us feel like home. Stelios is definitely the best host ever. The property is located 15-25 minutes to all major attractions and with easy access to main roads, gas station, restaurants and market. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with private pool. The villa was clean, roomy and bright with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The property staff were extremely friendly and they brought our breakfast to the villa in the morning where we enjoyed it privately. We loved this resort and it is definitely a keeper.

Great place to stay fab location looking over the ocean and islands clean everything we needed and more beautiful private pool with our villa the staff were absolutely brilliant especially stallios nothing was too much trouble breakfast fab and brought to us every day 😀 😊 😄 😍

A great little oasis away from the busy- ness of Fira! A 20 minute walk to Fira but we ended up asking the manager Stelios to book us a car rental. He is still trying to help us get our refund for returning the car early...hope it works out He was so informative and helpful to all of us. Would stay again!

We stayed at Sienna Eco Resort for 1 week & had the best time. Stelios was great & welcomed us with a wonderful attitude & whipped out a map of the island after showing us round the villa, to recommend excursions & a couple of great restaurants. There was a laid back attitude of communication through whatsapp if we needed anything & he did organise the transfers to & from the airport, which was easy, if maybe a little expensive at 40 euros for 2 people each way. The villa was great & wonderfully private & the pool was just the right size, it didn't feel too small. Highly recommended.

Let me tell u how my vacation turn into a nightmare. We book a villa in Sienna Eco Resort from 20to21julie we spoke with the manager to come pick us up on 21 beacouse on 20 we didn't have direct flight and we didn't want to make a trip up to 7 hours.we tell him the flight Nr the hour when we come so he can come pick us up how is mentioned in the description of hotel TRANSFER GRATUIT FROM AERPORT TO RESORT. We arrive in time we look if somebody have come for 10 min and nothing.. We call the hotel they say if we have reservation I give all the details necessary I say that I've spoke by booking with them 3 days before arriving... They ask me 3 times the name of rezervation after 10 minute the lady say in 20 min taxi will come.. We wait 30 min nobody come so we call again they say in 5 min we wait after 15 min somebody arrive so after 1h waiting in front of AERPORT finally arrive to hotel there wos a guy waiting showing us the villa in a hurry and leave. The house wos like abandoned I say to him to clean the pool and he answer me that the check in wos at 15h and I reply that actually we must arrive on 20 not 21 and the villa needed to be ready for us. He didn't apologize for nothing I say to him that the villa is not cleaned.lady of cleaning come did aspirator a litlle bit and leave.. After a good Inspection of the house we discover a really bad place. We ask the manager to come and see if the house is worthy of the the price 3700 for 7 days he say that he don't find the villa in bad condition we call booking he lied to booking that he offers us transfer gratuit when we can see on the booking and he have free transfer and that we arrive 5 person and the villa is for 4 person when in reality even him in a comment on booking say that is for 6 people!!!! At 20h in a night with a big fight we leave the villa accepting to give us the refund he ruin our vacation we needed in a last minute to find somewhere else and we all know last minute in Santorini in really expensive so we needed to pay somewhere else for 7 days 6200! Becouse of someone Ho only want to take your money. The place is a escroquerie is really bad I don't know how someone can give 4 stars. The app is allowing me only 10 photos but I have more then that the reality is much hard he cancel my booking so I can't put this review there I hope people before booking this s.. We actually ended up in this place when a booking in Kamari fell through because of a computer glitch but we had a very nice experience here. As noted in other reviews, it's not in the middle of major tourist hubs though that has advantages. It's quiet and private and a nice break from the louder beach scene into the night. Stelios (the manager) is so good-natured and helpful and made several good restaurant recommendations. He made sure we were set up with taxis and took care of everything we needed. It's probably best suited for a larger group with some transportation but just a nice place overall.
