Excelente ubicación, muy buena habitación (apart), las instalaciones muy cómodas y el trato del personal agradable. Son varias veces que me he hospedado en la cadena, por trabajo y de paseo, solo y en familia. Todo siempre bien, la opción de regresar siempre está. La ubicación permite moverte rápido, no solo caminando sino también fácil acceso al metro de Santiago. Zona tranquila, aunque si se busca salida de fds por la noche, hay también lugares a pocos minutos caminando.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. We arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Room and bathroom were clean and well provided, the beds were conmfortable and clean. Also, the Hotel has a great location. The breakfast was specially good and the staff was nice and professional. Recommended.

Tutti molto sollecitati, dominano le procedure e sono attenti, soprattutto Leandro. La pulizia è molto bene fatta, ad eccezione dei ralli della cucina e soprattutto del bagno, eventualmente è necessario igiene il cifone, perché esala mal odore. Nei due appartamenti che ho già trovato vigna profumo cattivo di questi ralli (quando si scorre l'acqua che l'odore si alza). La micro congelatore ha lasciato desiderare, come il mio soggiorno era lungo, è molto piccolo e, congelato i cibi se aumenta il livello di raffreddamento, ma se non aumenta non si rende conto di mantenere un ghiaccio congelato, questo rimane in stato liquido. Per soggiorni brevi soddisfatti. Suggerimento per la TV, aggiungere servizio di streaming come Netflix, Star+ e Amazon Prime.

Hotel molto bello nel quartiere Providencia, buona connessione alla metropolitana, personale assolutamente utile e buon colazione. Eravamo un gruppo che è arrivato e lasciato in diversi giorni. Ci siamo fermati per una notte ...tra voli. Da sud a nord in questo hotel e poteva depositare il bagaglio, tutto ha funzionato meraviglioso.

Muy servicial el personal. Pedí microondas en la habitación porque mi hijo necesita alimentación especial y me lo dieron. Además agregaron vajilla y cubiertos. El desayuno es muy variado y rico. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. La zona inmejorable. Cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Non posso dire abbastanza sul servizio, ci sentivamo come la famiglia dal momento in cui camminavamo [sicurezza, ufficio frontale, ristorante, servizio in camera, tutti]. Calmo, spazioso, pulito camera e bagno. Amo i bagni e le letti comodi. È stato così conveniente avere un piccolo ma regolare frigorifero. Grazie alla capacità di chiudere le porte della camera da letto, possiamo avere ospiti per incontri prima di andare al ristorante per cena. Il ristorante era assolutamente delizioso e prezzi molto ragionevoli. Il personale lo ha reso facile con le prenotazioni e l'attenzione dei miei ospiti. La piscina era riscaldata e con grandi viste urbane e spazio aperto. La sauna era un grande plus. I miei adolescenti e gli ospiti amano la stanza di gioco. Ho molto consigliato questo hotel.

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua
