4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Hotel dotato di tutto quanto deve avere un 4 stelle compreso un ottimo ristorante e bar. Personale competente gentile ed accogliente pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza sia per i tour che per esigenze particolari. Consiglierei una maggior scelta di dolci per la colazione. Le camere ai piani bassi sono un po’ rumorose quelle su piani alti con un ottima insonorizzazione. ( ho prenotato in 2 tempi all’inizio e alla fine del mio viaggio in Cile). Ottima la posizione vicino alla Moneda, il Metro e la zona pedonale. Consigliato. Wifi migliorabile nelle camere

Great location - only a 2-minute walk to a subway station with a few grocery stores around with a hop-on/hop-off bus stop only 5 minutes away. We were able to get a SIM card from the front desk. I'd recommend requesting a room above the 2nd floor as many rooms on the second floor look over the lobby and it can get a little loud. I'd also note for future travellers that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Overall, a great place!

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Per due notti abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel mentre visitava Santiago de Chile, e la mia esperienza è stata piuttosto buona. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice con nessuna denuncia, eccetto la mancanza di personale per esportare il bagaglio. Abbiamo una stanza nel centro dell'edificio e la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole con riscaldamento e aria condizionata per avvertire dal freddo clima di Santiago. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere del colazione a causa delle limitazioni della nostra tour, ma in generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque stia cercando un buon alloggio nel centro di Santiago.

Alberto di base nel centro di Santiago - vicino alle principali viste. Rimasi solo una notte. Ci siamo saliti a Cerro San Cristobal e abbiamo avuto un bel pasto sulla strada occupata sul ritorno all'albero. Ci è stato consigliato di non uscire a camminare dopo il buio. Le auto erano state rotte lungo la strada quando siamo saliti presto al mattino per andare all'aeroporto. Molto rumoroso albergo a notte - Pisco Souurs erano serviti alle 9:00 e le cose sono state molto ronzio fino a curfew a mezzanotte che significava che non abbiamo avuto molto sonno. La stanza aveva abbastanza spazio per aprire il bagaglio e aveva anche la propria bagno.

L'hotel è stato un cambiamento di ultima notte da parte del nostro tour operator, e siamo così felici che sia successo. L'hotel ha la piscina e il bar più sorprendente, con favolosa vista di Santiago con gli Andi dietro. Il personale è stato davvero amichevole e utile. Arrivammo tardi dopo un lungo volo, e andammo direttamente al tetto per un delizioso cocktail.Le camere sono di buona dimensione e il colazione è buona. Vorremmo poterci fermare un paio di giorni per solo rifrire nella piscina e fare dei cocktail sul tetto, prendendo in considerazione.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

Aveva bisogno di una notte prima della nostra crociera. Poiché avevano una navetta aeroportuale e prezzi decenti, abbiamo prenotato una stanza. Prima di tutto il servizio di navetta ha un punto di pick-up interessante in una delle aree di parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto scappare dai taxi e salire due scalatori per una passeggiata. Non male se seguite le istruzioni che hanno mandato. La zona di attesa è un po' vasta e sarebbe facile perdere il pick-up, ma ho chiamato e è stato raccolto in circa 20 minuti dopo la 12 prenotazione che abbiamo fatto. Non andremo in giro in giro sull'hotel, era, molto eccitante potrebbe essere una parola ok. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, il personale di ufficio era professionale, utile e ci ha portati in una stanza velocemente. L'hotel era utilizzato per altri passeggeri e lavoratori di crociera, ma ci hanno preso cura rapidamente. Il ristorante era buono ma non grande. Il numero di persone era troppo presto e non erano pronti per i numeri, così diverse tavole sedute dopo che abbiamo lasciato prima di avere anche il pane. L'hotel era pulito e le camere erano molto belle, quindi lo userei di nuovo, ma rifletterei su posti per cena.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf
