Hotel in zona Enmarcaciones Caracol Vips, Santiago Del Cile

This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

This was a superior experience and one that reminds me of a time when hotel management was something hotels took pride in. From the very first moment, this was a stay of pure comfort. - Check in and out was quick and informative - The rooms were of a very high standard, clean and with superior comfort. There was a huge comfortable bed as well as a lounger and space for an office desk with chair. The desk had multi-jurisdictional plugs which is such a great offering for guests. I do not understand why all hotels do not offer this. There were four complimentary bottles which were always replaced. The lighting was just right. - Bathroom was luxurious with separate shower and bathtub, with the toilet in a separate space. Shower gels and shampoos provided along with lotion. And many towels of high quality. - Breakfast was excellent with a selection of everything anyone would require included fruit, breads, meats, live egg station and more. - Staff: The staff from the breakfast area to the concierge and reception were all excellent. They were helpful and always smiling. Special appreciation to the waiters in the breakfast area who were very helpful and engaged in conversation in English - which was great for me. They would constantly check to see if I was okay. I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely stay here again. Well done to the hotel management team and staff. Spectacular!

I visited this hotel again for the first time in years now that work travel is in full force. Centrally located, modern, with a proper scene and activity in an otherwise quiet neighborhood at night and on weekends. Definitely would recommend this hotel over others in this neighborhood if traveling here for work. If for pleasure, it’s fine so long as you are content with taking a metro or UBER/taxi to the touristy parts of the city.

We were extremely pleased with accommodations and great Hotel Staff Customer Service! Always attentive to our needs! Clean and elegant rooms with great pillows and overall comfortable bed. Location is outstanding! Within walking distance to Mall, Restaurants, shops in general! Perhaps one observation is the parking, not available through Hotel, it’s a public parking lot for Mall, in a safe ambience, but no validation through Hotel, must pay mall parking fees. Can get steep, perhaps this could be addressed to make for a complete pleasant stay. Overall would highly recommend or suggest! Perfect for us!

Santiago Intercontinental is great. Check in staff is one of the kindest staff we´ve ever seen. Xavier Muñoz is a welcoming young man who not only made us feel appreciated but we saw him working during a lot of people making their check-in and we was always with a big smile. Our room could be a bit dated as other guests have said but it was plenty of light, clean and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. Housekeepin is done early in the morning, which I loved. The room was thoroughly cleaned. Well done! Fitnees center and swimming pool are 24 hours open. The swimming pool is wonderful and fitness center is Ok though perhaps there could be more walking machines. Breakfast is delicious and, again, staff is very kind. We had dinner twice in Loby bar and it was delicious. There wAS Two big screens were we could watch the Copa America football games. Location is great in Las Condes if you planned to do shopping or to drive outside of Santiago. There are many eating options nearby. Only down are bathroom amenities: they do not exist. Only wall soap or shampoo: not even a little soap bar for the hands. This, I think, should be improved.

Sono ritornato a Santiago per lavoro dopo alcuni anni ed ho soggiornato nuovamente all NH Plaza Santiago. Si trova zona Las Condes , zona tranquilla ,di fronte al Costanera Center ,un grande centro commerciale . Il personale e' molto gentile ,ti fa' subito sentire a casa. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa ,letto fantastico ,mega doccia ,scrivania per lavorare con vari tipi di prese incluso usb ,wifi veloce ,minibar ben fornito ,macchinetta per caffe espresso ,cassaforte e armadio capiente., accappatoio ,ciabatte Insomma ,tutto quello di cui c'e' bisogno . Inoltre la filosofia del personale , e' la massima attenzione al cliente ed il problem solving L'ho potuto constatare di persona per un problema legato ai voli ,dovendo annullare 2 notti. Ottima la colazione ,molto ben assortita ,ed anche nel ristorante ,lo staff e' molto attento e gentile. Vorrei fare i complimenti a Tutti ed in particolare , alla Guest Experience Mangaer , Stefany Montalva, sempre sorridente , gentile,professionale e molto disponibile ad aiutare il cliente . Brava !!

I was excited about staying in this new and modern hotel during my trip to Chile this month. I was ready to overlook the location- being far from the historic sites. The fact that the hotel is attached to a nice modern mall with a grocery store made it very appealing. However, the positive sides stop here, and I must mention that one of the doors, leading to the hotel from the mall wouldn't open- my card was working but the door was stuck. So, I had to go back 5 floors of escalators, exit the mall and walk into the hotel's street entrance- all this carrying a heavy bag with my purchases. The biggest shortcoming for this hotel is the Front Desk and the hotel’s concept that all guest’s calls have to go through the desk. And although the nice employees who work there try very hard, the desk is severely understaffed. I waited for a long time to check- in as there was only one person on duty. Someone else finally came to check me in. They say that the first impressions are very important and in this case they set the tone for my stay. Problems with logging into the internet( the employee who checked me in forgot to add me to the system) and the room TV that I had to solve right after I got into my room; even had go to the Front desk for because no-one picked up the phone. And all that after traveling for 24 hours and being very tired from my journey. This morning I again tried to get in touch with the Front desk for another issue, but again no one picked up the phone. I know that if I go to the desk I will have to wait for a very long time to be served only to be told that I need to wait in my room. Because of the many unlicensed taxis in Santiago, the hotel's staff told me at check-in that all trips should be arranged through- yes, you got it, through the Front desk! And what they do it reserve a vehicle and driver with a private company the hotel works with, for 4 times the price of a regular taxi. I used taxis a few times after that (the vehicles with the yellow roof), and didn't have any problems. So, it's the hotel that overcharges its guests with claims that all taxis in town are a scam. And yes, there is no direct phone for the housekeeping department, or for the restaurant, all calls should go through the Front desk, so expect that your call may not be answered on the first, or second try. The breakfast, although seemed plentiful and nice, is of a very low quality. The eggs were semi- raw, the quiche- a few days old. And so were all the pastries. The fruit consisted of a few chunks of what seemed like an old watermelon, wrapped in a small bowl. And at the end of each meal I was given a bill check to sign, even though breakfast was included in my room rate. What this meant was to urge the guests to give tip to the restaurant staff. My plans were to return for a few more days after I travel around Chile, but I cancelled my reservation and booked a different hotel. On the plus side, my room was large, the A/C worked well, beautiful

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua
