Aveva bisogno di una notte prima della nostra crociera. Poiché avevano una navetta aeroportuale e prezzi decenti, abbiamo prenotato una stanza. Prima di tutto il servizio di navetta ha un punto di pick-up interessante in una delle aree di parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto scappare dai taxi e salire due scalatori per una passeggiata. Non male se seguite le istruzioni che hanno mandato. La zona di attesa è un po' vasta e sarebbe facile perdere il pick-up, ma ho chiamato e è stato raccolto in circa 20 minuti dopo la 12 prenotazione che abbiamo fatto. Non andremo in giro in giro sull'hotel, era, molto eccitante potrebbe essere una parola ok. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, il personale di ufficio era professionale, utile e ci ha portati in una stanza velocemente. L'hotel era utilizzato per altri passeggeri e lavoratori di crociera, ma ci hanno preso cura rapidamente. Il ristorante era buono ma non grande. Il numero di persone era troppo presto e non erano pronti per i numeri, così diverse tavole sedute dopo che abbiamo lasciato prima di avere anche il pane. L'hotel era pulito e le camere erano molto belle, quindi lo userei di nuovo, ma rifletterei su posti per cena.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! L'edificio è bello, mi piace la decorazione, la struttura, la ricezione, il caffè, la pulizia, tutti i dipendenti sono molto cari e attenti, parlano portoghese anche, mi sentivo a casa. Le canzoni, l'ambiente ha un'energia molto buona. Torno in Cile e mi accontento di essere ospitata nel Black Cat 🥰

Un posto interessante. Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento ”alto”, abbiamo una cucina, frigo, zona seduta (divano convertibile a letto), due balconi completi con animali domestici (un paio di pigiani che ci hanno visitato ogni giorno, e uno è entrato nell'appartamento per un'occhiata intorno quando non mi guardavo), e un tetto di camera da letto. AC funzionava bene, la testa di doccia era strana, era una testa distaccabile, ma la casa per tenerla in posizione non funzionava, quindi si deve fare un po'di spogliarsi. Prezzo equo, grande posizione. È tranquillo la maggior parte del tempo. Vi danno solo una chiave per entrare nell'edificio, quindi sarebbe un dolore se siete un paio di persone e volete fare cose diverse, ma in generale potete aspettare fuori e entrare quando qualcuno esce. Non c'è servizio di vedova quotidiano, devi fare il tuo letto, qualunque cosa. Rimango lì. Attenta ai conducenti di cabina all'aeroporto, quello che ci ha portati all'hotel ci ha prelevato due volte quello che il conducente di airbnb ci ha prelevato per il ritorno.

Che posto fantastico! Mi fermerò di nuovo qui. L'ostello è situato in centro, a cinque minuti dalla metropolitana e a piedi di molte attrazioni, negozi e ristoranti. Il transito è facile e costoso, quindi consideratelo una opzione quando visitate Santiago oltre a Uber. Ho avuto una grande camera privata con un comodo letto e un bagno. Il servizio era amichevole e non ho avuto alcun problema di lasciare il mio bagaglio prima e dopo l'uscita. È stato fornito un piccolo colazione, anche se mi sono solo avvalso del caffè e del succo. La prima notte mi invitava a aggiungere il mio nome a una scheda di abbonamento per il gusto dei terremoti, il drink nazionale del Cile. Che divertente tempo! Mi sono divertito a incontrare altri ospiti che visitavano il paese e il mondo. Se si verifica un soggiorno di domenica, cerca di controllare il cambiamento della guardia al mattino presso la Plaza de la Constitución (in fronte al Palazzo presidenziale, La Moneda); al vostro ritorno all'hotel, passeggiare attraverso il quartiere di Lastarria e catturare il mercato delle arti aperte.

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Per due notti abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel mentre visitava Santiago de Chile, e la mia esperienza è stata piuttosto buona. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice con nessuna denuncia, eccetto la mancanza di personale per esportare il bagaglio. Abbiamo una stanza nel centro dell'edificio e la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole con riscaldamento e aria condizionata per avvertire dal freddo clima di Santiago. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere del colazione a causa delle limitazioni della nostra tour, ma in generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque stia cercando un buon alloggio nel centro di Santiago.

This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati tardi di notte abbiamo scoperto che il bagno non era stato pulito dagli ospiti precedenti - nessuna compensazione o altro rimedio offerto quando abbiamo segnalato il problema (anche se non abbiamo chiesto perché riteniamo che sia imbarazzante, Il colazione sembra molto buono alla prima vista, ma se cerchi un po' di più, come latte grasso libero o yogurt, o una buona varietà di frutta, o un salmone fumato, non è disponibile.

Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Having flown through the night we couldn’t have arrived at a more welcoming and comfortable hotel .The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent - great breakfast choices and equally good lunch. The bed is so comfortable and the shower super also. Great location despite everything being closed for Independence Day celebrations.

UUtente ospiteWe flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

Very beautiful views. Anche le camere dell'hotel con cucina, inclusi tutti gli attrezzi e gli accessori. Il desk front dell'hotel era molto gentile e caldo. Il mio volo era al mattino dopo il mio soggiorno all'hotel. Il suo primo servizio (il suo nome era Catalina) mi ha consegnato il colazione alla mia camera il giorno precedente, e mi ha dato una camera molto bella con ottima vista. La finestra stava guardando il Centro Sky Costanera, sono così grato per il desk front dell'hotel Catalina e il suo collega che era un ragazzo. Voglio dire loro molto di nuovo grazie. Ci vediamo presto in bella Santiago de Chile di nuovo 🇨🇱💕👍👍

Si trova zona Las Condes , zona tranquilla ,di fronte al Costanera Center ,un grande centro commerciale . Il personale e' molto gentile ,ti fa' subito sentire a casa. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa ,letto fantastico ,mega doccia ,scrivania per lavorare con vari tipi di prese incluso usb ,wifi veloce ,minibar ben fornito ,macchinetta per caffe espresso ,cassaforte e armadio capiente., accappatoio ,ciabatte Insomma ,tutto quello di cui c'e' bisogno . Inoltre la filosofia del personale , e' la massima attenzione al cliente ed il problem solving L'ho potuto constatare di persona per un problema legato ai voli ,dovendo annullare 2 notti. Ottima la colazione ,molto ben assortita ,ed anche nel ristorante ,lo staff e' molto attento e gentile. Vorrei fare i complimenti a Tutti ed in particolare , alla Guest Experience Mangaer , Stefany Montalva, sempre sorridente , gentile,professionale e molto disponibile ad aiutare il cliente . Brava !!

UUtente ospiteWe stayed twice at the hotel during our visit to Chile. Rooms are adequate and as expected. The people are the best and so helpful just great. Even if your Spanish is wanting you will be served well; and if a misunderstanding occurs, it will we rectified. The hotel is in an interesting neighborhood and close to the Metro. One important issue: there are no sign to indicate that you are at the hotel; apparently the neighborhood building code does not permit it. Be reassured the address is correct, you just have to cross what looks like a bicycle parking lot for ubereats or grubbhubs…An alternative is Romero 2828 during daylight.

UUtente ospitePrima revisione vegana.Io e mia moglie siamo vegane e non ci aspettavamo molto. Il primo giorno avevano pochi cartoni di latte di mandorla, ma dopo quel giorno non avevano più nessuna. Hanno frutta diverse, fragole, cantaloupe, banane, che è strano, e alcuni frutti freschi non come la pineapple in sciroppo. Hanno anche caffè e tè. Ove si può fare con acqua calda dall'acqua calda del nestle caffè. Cereali come fiocchi di grano e pane secco. Bagno chiuso ”sotto manutenzione” cattive cose: la chiave della camera mancava. Doveva essere riprogrammata più volte. Il bagno non fluisce bene, doveva farlo più volte. Le barre di sapone sono piccole e non molto sapone. Potrebbe essere l'acqua ma non sicure. Nessun caffè gratuito nella stanza, solo una calda calda calda Pros: Camera pulita. Buono servizio. Sulla strada da un Starbucks, negozio di prodotti alimentari. Distanze da camminare dai bar/restauranti. In generale, una buona opzione per un hotel di bilancio.

UUtente ospiteNon pensare due volte a prenotare questo posto, perché la sicurezza dei viaggiatori soli è la mia priorità e Amistar Apartment ha tutto, pulito, sicuro, “Situazione prima” a soli due minuti a piedi da Cerro Santa Lucía e 7 minuti da Plaza de Armas.
