Hotel in zona Capilla Santa Cruz, Santiago Del Cile

I had 3 nights there and it was stunning. The staff were caring us all the time and gave us events to socialise every day but simultaneously it’s quiet to sleep at night. I’m travelling on my own and it makes me kinda nervous to go outside at night. But we had a night out as a hostel on a day and was super fun and safe. Last night I had a double booking issue but the staff Gonza quickly prepared and upgraded my room. Even once I’ve locked out myself from my room they helped me with a spare key in a second. We can rely on the reception for 24 hours. So all in all I highly recommend you to stay Hostel Providencia as long as you’re looking for a welcoming and trustable hostel!

Hotel molto bello nel quartiere Providencia, buona connessione alla metropolitana, personale assolutamente utile e buon colazione. Eravamo un gruppo che è arrivato e lasciato in diversi giorni. Ci siamo fermati per una notte ...tra voli. Da sud a nord in questo hotel e poteva depositare il bagaglio, tutto ha funzionato meraviglioso.

This is a truly great hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful: Ivan, Juan, and Guillermo; and two of the guys played the guitar. A few times a week Juan would play his guitar and sing, and what a powerful voice he had. I could listen to him all day. The free breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and the a**osphere of the hostel was memorable. However, there was one person at the front desk (Scarlet) that was showing irrational behavior. In the beginning she was friendly and helpful, but then after a week, she turned dark and menacing towards me. She kept complaining that I changed my bed or dorm room, even when it was because of inappropriate behavior from another guest, and there were similar complaints from other guests. This morning she asked me if I ”changed my room again?” I said everything is good. There are no problems. Then she said, ”Okay, I will move you back to the room you were in last night.” That seemed odd. I said, I did not ask you to. You do that without my permission. She responded, ”I thought that is what you wanted.” Again, strange. She didn't stop. After getting the email address of the manager, I went upstairs to write an email. Ten minutes later she came up to where I was sitting and continued to badger me. I said she was disrespecting me, and I asked her to stop. She left and then returned a few minutes later, saying that she talked with the manager and I must leave the hostel immediately. She said I was disrespecting her by feeling disrespected. That I was attacking her or mistreating her, but nothing specific was mentioned -- because it didn't happen. No one that she spoke with ever talked with me. Whatever she said behind my back, that person never even told me what I was being accused of, nor did they ask me any questions. Then she threatened me with the police. I was stunned. I asked to speak with the manager. She promised if I came to the reception desk, the manager would speak with me. When I came down, I was not allowed to speak with him. I continued to finish my email to the address provided, and then the police came. It did not matter what the truth was. They listened to her speak in Spanish and then said to me, it doesn't matter what happened. She asks you to leave so you must leave. I walked out and here I am writing this review. I had been there for a couple weeks and I got to know all the staff and they got to know me. They and a number of other guests who had been there a while could testify to my character. I have not heard back from the email I sent to the manager. It seems that whatever Scarlet said behind my back, was believed without question, even when there were guests present, witnesses. And there were video recordings from different angles. I have heard about this type of thing happening in the United States, but we are in Chile. How could a manager allow a guest to be thrown out by the police without ever asking the accused a single question. Is that the world we live in now?

L'hotel è molto buono, sembra molto nuovo in tutta la sua struttura. La camera doppia è molto confortevole, abbastanza spazioso e l'aria condizionata molto potente. L'unica riserva che faccio è quella del doccia, perché è molto freddo, l'acqua non si riscalda in alcun modo. Nel periodo in cui mi sono fermato era molto caldo in città, quindi non è stato un disturbo così grande, ma in inverno, credo che sia un problema. La pulizia è impeccabile, così come la cura del personale del caffè che ho considerato molto buono. Ho letto molti commenti criticando questa parte, ma mi sono particolarmente trovato molto buono e ben variato. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, Stazione Santa Lucia e punti turistici della città.

Una delle migliori esperienze che abbiamo mai avuto con un ospite. La posizione è perfetta, così centrale e vicino a tutto, e il dipartimento super ampio e ben attrezzato. E non sarebbe un'eccessiva affermazione che Marcelo e Karla meritano un premio per la migliore attenzione agli ospiti del mondo. Spero di rivederli presto! 5***** ... Per dire che questo è un ottimo hotel con una grande posizione, servizio, strutture e comfort, davvero riassume, ma lasciatemi condividere solo una piccola storia. Quando mia moglie e io siamo arrivati all'aeroporto e abbiamo preso quello che pensavamo fosse un taxi legittimo, abbiamo scoperto che era in realtà un pirata con una macchina nera e gialla proprio come il ”taxi ufficiale”. Quando scopriamo che la nostra carta di credito era stata compromesso, il personale (il personale del front desk era il migliore che abbia mai fatto, e viaggiavo molto) aveva il loro capo di sicurezza passato la fotocamera di sicurezza per osservare la nostra transazione davanti all'hotel in un tentativo di continuare identificare il pirata leggendo il numero della targa di licenza. Il problema della carta di credito è stato risolto, e noi siamo stati ”senza colpo”, ma l'hotel era pulito, le camere erano molto confortevoli, e la zona del colazione era così buona come ho mai visto (e era inclusa). Ancora una volta, non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza ...se vai a Santiago, vuoi rimanere nel cuore della città vicino al metro, e vuoi affrontare persone che si preoccupano davvero di te e andare oltre e oltre il servizio eccellente, STAY IN QUESTO HOTEL! Non avrete alcuna rimpianto.

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.
