Place was not too shabby. Location is in a prime spot downtown. Decent amenities, with a pool, fitness center, self-parking/valet. Place could be cleaner but overall would stay again.

Staying at the Hyatt was wonderful! I will come back again for the: 🛎️ Excellent Customer service 🍽️ Great breakfast 🐾 Pet friendly rooms 🛀 Bathtub 🏊Pool 📆Easy Booking 🌏 Location Nearby shopping mall, downtown restaurants, public transportation 40 minutes to SFO 15 minutes to Wine Country 20 minutes from Russian River

We had the best and most helpful staff greet us at the front desk. They we so accommodating and respectful our our situation. We had just arrived from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all. Sincerely, Tammi M
