Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso qui la nostra vacanza ad agosto 2022. Struttura molto bella, nuova e curata. Ristorante ottimo e sempre molto vario. Al Ristorante sulla spiaggia preparano pesce fresco in live cooking! Anche la SPA, molto bella e funzionale offre ottimi trattamenti ( grazie e brava Erivania). Tutto il personale comunque, è molto gentile e cordiale con gli ospiti. Il bagnino Ilianil N1, super simpatico, bravo e disponibile. Grazie a tutti per la nostra bellissima vacanza!!!

Un villaggio grande, con personale amabile e cordiale, e tanto da offrire ma deve per forza essere ristrutturato, perché le porte non si chiudono bene (in bagno), lenzuole ed asciugamani in un stato non molto buono, per chi pensa in Riu e il suo bar con bottiglie a muro, non è presente in questo hotel, solo troverete un frigobar con 2 bottiglie di acqua . Il buffet è abbastanza piacevole ed abbondante, c'è un'ampia scelta di cibo, per grandi e bambini, non c'è questa grande quantità di aria condizionata che personalmente ringrazio. Si può prendere un taxi che chiamano da reception e ti porta al pontao dove c'è un piccolo centro dove puoi vedere souvenirs (consiglio di andare ai supermercati dove sicuramente troverete souvenirs più economici) La spiaggia è un po lontana per chi non ama camminare, ma merita assolutamente la pena, è bellissima e ci sono abbastanza lettini ed un bar che fanno il possibile per fare un buon lavoro (Lavano i bicchieri li a mano) lo dico per chi è un po scrupoloso. Piscina assolutamente da ristrutturare Si può fare utilizzo de riu water world park che troverete camminando in direzione contraria spiaggia verso il Riu Palace, c'è un area bambini ed un'altra con scivoli per i più grandi È un hotel che sicuramente torneremo quando sia ristrutturato Le mie congratulazioni al personale

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo resort. Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata una settimana rigenerante in totale relax. Un plauso ai ragazzi dell’animazione, bravissimi e per nulla invadenti. Elenco le mie impressioni: - piscina calda e fredda; quella calda è sempre piena di tedeschi che loro malgrado consumano alcol dalle 10:30 alle 16:30 almeno, immersi nell’acqua e quindi molto frequentata; la piscina fredda purtroppo è poco utilizzata perché è veramente troppo fredda e la temperatura sarebbe da regolare; - i 4 ristoranti: il promenade è il più ricco, si trova di tutto; essendo italiana posso dire che migliorerei la cottura della pizza e la qualità della mozzarella. La pasta non è stata di nostro gradimento ma il cibo è veramente esagerato quindi si rimane sempre soddisfatti; Personale gentile e attento; ottimo il ristorante Fusion, buono il ristorante della piscina aperto con gli snack e dolcì fino alla 18 circa; il ristorante italiano e’da migliorare, specie sulle lasagne che non sono lasagne; il pesce e’ottimo in ogni ristorante provato. - camere pulite e riordinate ogni giorno e frigo bar sempre pieno e rifornito; purtroppo se malauguratamente entrano le zanzare non te ne liberi facilmente… Canali solo in tedesco, portoghese, spagnolo, qualche canale in inglese; - spiaggia: ben organizzata con lettini e palme per ripararsi dal sole; Il primo consiglio spassionato, che voglio dare è quello di eliminare la plastica; bicchieri di plastica sparsi, non so quanti ne ho raccolte insieme a mascherine…è un danno grande all’ambiente, perché spesso i bicchieri vengono lasciati sulla spiaggia e finiscono in mare… e queste sono zone in cui si cerca di salvaguardare le tartarughe… un bel cartello da apporre nelle vicinanze dei lettini con scritto di non lasciare rifiuti sulla spiaggia. Purtroppo dovrebbero essere tutti rispettosi ma non è così. Eliminare plastica e sostituire con bicchieri in vetro in modo che le persone siano meno propense all’abbandonare rifiuti. - i gatti della struttura sono stata ben felice di vederli in buona salute, ma faccio anche qui presente, già detto in reception, che c’è una gatta arancione e bianca non in salute; sarebbe bello se ci fosse assistenza veterinaria per i gatti e ci vorrebbe una sterilizzazione delle micie che continuano a sfornare gattini; - l’hotel dista circa 25 min dall’aeroporto; i taxi hanno il prezzo fisso. 15€ giorni e 20€ sera e notturno; A poca distanza, nel villaggio di s.maria si possono affittare biciclette elettriche per farsi un giretto dell’isola. Straconsiglio questa struttura anche per l’animazione serale dei ragazzi che si danno tanto da fare; bravi tutti, staff e responsabili dell’hotel sempre pronti ad assisterti. Sicuramente torneremo un giorno! Viva Capo Verde e NO STRESS!

Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni in questo paradiso..hotel bellissimo con camere veramente spaziose e super pulite dotate di tutto (con minibar incluso), i vari buffet sono tutti molto organizzati e c'è moltissima scelta. C'è tantissimo spazio all'aperto e un sacco di piscine da poter utilizzare. La spiaggia è immensa e il mare è fantastico. Inoltre ci sono tantissime attività da fare organizzate come acquagym, beach volley, bingo, spettacoli serali. Tutto lo staff dai camerieri, ai receptionist, agli animatori sono cordialisssimi e impeccabili nel loro lavoro. Unica pecca a mio parere, avevo la piscina privata in camera, secondo me sarebbe bello averla un pochino riscaldata in modo tale da poterle usare anche nel tardo pomeriggio. Ma cmq stra consigliato :)

The official rating of this hotel is 4 stars, and with a bit of cosmetic upgrading and better staffing in the kitchen, I could see it reaching that level (it seems like it may have once been a real 4 star). As it was, the room quality itself was more 3 star, and the outside area was 4 stars. We had a 'deluxe sea view' with no terrace. There was lots of rough paintwork and lack of maintenance on the small details in the rooms, but overall it was fine, with a huge comfy bed and a nice shower and a lovely view out the window. Unfortunately the entry was at the street side of the hotel which was our smoking area, and that view was just the dirt road and some houses. Overall we would stay here again as the room was fine, the staff were great, the pool area was amazing, nobody had any screaming kids (very quiet and peaceful, great for couples) and while the beach required stepping over rocks, it also had the best snorkeling area with the most fish. Another sandy beach with less fish and two beach bars is a 3 minute walk away, and the main ***** with the main beach is a 10 minute walk (that one is useless for snorkeling but great for swimming). Besides snorkeling, it's also a preferred spot for wind surfing. We happened to try the hotel restaurant on a really bad night apparently, we waited an hour for our seafood paella which was average quality but double the price of the ***** restaurants. However, according to the other patrons who did all inclusive, the service was usually much faster. and the food usually much better. We did also have burgers for lunch one day, and those were expensive but very nice. Breakfast was included in our stay and it had an extensive and delicious continental selection, plus hot eggs and bacon on order, always very fast. The staff were super attentive and completely on their game, absolutely fantastic service. We got a great deal on a package holiday with LoveHolidays, so for the price we were very happy and would definitely stay again.
