Ieri sera siamo stati lasciati aspettare per più di un'ora nell'aula mentre il dipartimento frontale ha cercato di ordinare una prenotazione ”persa”. Ho avuto i miei 3 figli, compreso il mio 4 mesi di bambino. La gestione non è stata utile, anche se ho avuto la mia conferma di posta elettronica della mia prenotazione. Il personale dell’hotel ha chiesto di vedere la prova di pagamento sulla mia carta di credito, che ho fornito, e poi hanno detto che l’unica soluzione era pagarmi due volte, finché non potevano risolvere la riserva mancante alla fine. A quel punto, in lobby, aspettava quasi un'ora, quindi gli ho detto che era bene che mi recargassero di nuovo mentre lo ordinavano. Ho guardato la mia ricevuta e era 2 volte l'importo che avrebbe dovuto essere, quindi mi sono recargato 3 volte! Le ho chiesto di rimborsare le nuove tasse e abbiamo lasciato a 1:00 per andare in un altro hotel. La gestione non è stata utile e se questa è l'ospitalità che mostrano al check in allora non siamo interessati a rimanere qui di nuovo. Abbiamo soggiornato a Marriott lungo la strada per dozzine di volte senza problemi.

Abbiamo avuto una camera separata con bagno spazioso con lavastoviglie, WC e doccia grande. Windows non può essere aperto. Devi contare su aria condizionata. Acqua minerale complimentare e buon Wi-Fi. Tutto era molto pulito. Al piano 19 trovi lounge club con caffè e bevande morbide 24/7 e alle 18:00 un buffet e bevande. Il buffet al piano 4 è buono, con uova fatte per ordinare. Il Marriott Santa Cruz è un hotel molto comodo, e abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. Raccomandato.

Localizzazione interessante per me, ha risposto molto bene a quello che avevo bisogno. Le camere hanno sala, mini cucina, balcone, camera e bagno. Il letto è molto confortevole. La decorazione è un po 'antica, ma niente al mio vedere che si paga. Le televisive in ogni stanza sono in una forma, così come gli utensili che sono disponibili. Ciò che è unanime sono bicchieri, tazze, 4 piatti e 4 giochi di tazze, una spatula o una cola. Alcuni camere hanno pannello, altri con frigorifero, e altri entrambi. Mi mancava molto un pannello nella mia camera, a causa della differenza di alimentazione in Bolivia. Anche alcune camere hanno cartello e altri di pavimento. Se siete allergici, segnalate già nella prenotazione per non avere problemi. Cosa altro ho pensato che potrebbe essere un punto di miglioramento, sarebbe un ristorante funzionante per il servizio in camera! Ci manca molto! Il caffè del mattino che serve nella stanza è estremamente costoso e con articoli molto basilari (succhi, frutta, yogurt, succo, tutto semipronto/industrializzato). Se è un soggiorno lungo, chiedi sempre camere più alte per non disturbare il rumore fino a circa mezzanotte. In più, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Il personale era attento e simpatico, ben accogliente.

Nel suo hotel dice di essere 5 stelle, ma non Il punto positivo è la posizione. Quando arrivammo il ricevitore era molto secco, e ha rilasciato la stanza solo alle 14:00, anche se aveva disponibilità prima, pagammo per bere caffè, visto che siamo arrivati alle 9 di mattina. Che delusione. Caffè mattina molto, molto cattivo. Quando confrontato con un hotel 4 stelle in Brasile il caffè mattina di questo hotel è con nota 2. Senza varietà, preparazioni non sono deliziose. La stanza era bella, ma l'aria condizionata stava sbloccando da sola tutto il tempo, il fatto che ha contribuito a una brutta notte, visto che ogni 30 minuti sbloccò e dovevamo alzarci per chiamare. Per il prezzo pagato per il giorno sono stato molto deluso, e non ho indicato l'hotel.

Hotel molto ben situato, vicino al centro storico della città. L'hotel è molto grande, con camere spaziose. In mia camera ci erano due letti matrimoniali. Ci è piscina “gelata” per i coraggiosi. Il colazione è molto semplice e con poche proteine. I punti di sbaglio dell'hotel erano: l'odore di mofo nella stanza e la porta di vetro che non aveva chiave da chiudere, è stata aperta subito per tutto il periodo che abbiamo passato. Fatto: l'hotel è sicuro.

Beware of this location guys …I ordered a room here on Priceline and I paid it , but I was also told to pay again when I got to the counter at this hotel …so I got charged twice …I was told back in March that I’ll get a refund , I’ve been getting the run around since and I still have not gotten a refund ….when I didn’t call for a month they thought I gave up so they told their customer service line that I was refunded on June 15th , but that was a lie …since I kept calling for the refund, they are now admitting that I was not refunded because they are holding my money until they receive their payment from Priceline …so because they have a hard time getting their money from Priceline , they decided to charge me again and keep my money because they think that Priceline won’t want to pay them, and Priceline is refusing to pay them now also, so I am the one who is stuck with two credit card charges when I only stayed one night …I am still trying to get my refund and we are in august now , I am never staying in this hotel again
