La camera è molto vecchia, le condizioni igieniche non sono buone, i prodotti da bagno sono scadenti, non c'è né spazzolino né dentifricio e il livello di inglese alla reception non è sufficiente per comunicare.Se il team non avesse prenotato la camera insieme, non sarebbero rimasti in un posto così remoto.

The breakfast is quite good but the pot to boil water is not good. It only provided a bottle of water for first day.

Just got back from a fantastic stay in Acta Sant Just! I had to share my experience at this lovely hotel. The room was so nice and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend checking it out if you're planning a trip!

Excellent hotel was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed my stay, it is close to the city where you can find food to east and things to do. I will be going back there.

L'hotel si trova fuori dalla città: per raggiungere ad esempio la Sagrada Familia ci vuole un'ora con i mezzi (attenzione perché se fate la Hola BCN Card non potete usufruire degli autobus per arrivare lì, ma solo tram e metro) . La colazione è abbondante e varia con dolce e salato (salumi, formaggi, insalata, pollo,..) . Le camere sono pulite ma nella nostra non era possibile aprire la finestra, cosa che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi e l'unico specchio presente era quello del bagno. Alla reception abbiamo incontrato due ragazze, una molto disponibile, l'altra meno.

Hotel di bassissima qualità,camere sporche,polvere ovunque,sedie sfondate, peli in bagno di chissà chi, dispenser sapone usati,schiacciati e vuoti lasciati lì. Letti scomodissimi, notti insonni per colpa del rumore dell'autoclave che ogni 10 secondi attaccava con un botto assurdo. Mi meraviglio che nessuno abbia fatto casino...incredibile. Receptioniste indisponenti (per la verità solo una sì è prodigata per noi). Da evitare.

Ma le stelle chi gliela date? L'hanno prese al supermercato col burro in offerta? Sono anni e anni che viaggio, ma trovare un hotel così sgalfo e a questi prezzi non è facile. DA fuori sembra uno di quegli hotel di lusso di ultima generazione, tutto acciaio e vetro, ma poi..... Siamo arrivati alle 13 circa e subito, la algida receptionit, ci mostra un cartello dove dice che il check in è esclusivamente alle ore 16. ( quindi è come andare a sciare con un pomeridiano al prezzo del giornaliero completo ) chiediamo se in zona c'è un ristorante o pizzeria dove poter mangiare. Ci dice che ce n'è in zona (ma dove?) sempre con l'espressione di chi sta sopportando dei seccatori ignoranti che non sanno dei ristoranti in zona. Dopo un po arriva un'altra addetta che ci dice che l'hotel è fornito di ristorante che aprirà all 13,30 !?!?!? Il pranzo è senza lode ne infamia ( vino a parte di € 18 ) . Alle 15 ( un'altra receptionist ) ci dice che la camera è pronta. La camera sembra la cella di un monaco che ha fatto voto non solo di povertà , ma anche di comodità. Per fare la doccia (dentro una vasca da bagno con un vetro ) bisogna contorcersi, in quanto il Wc vi è praticamente attaccato. Nella vasca manca anti-scivolo e per terra manca addirittura il tappetino. Nell'armadio (quelli a vista) ci sono 4 attaccapanni e la cassaforte non funziona. Il televisore è un francobollo attaccato al muro e non girabile, per cui dovresti stare in piedi di fronte perchè dal letto ( che sembra fatto di sassi) è impossibile guardarlo. Il tutto per la modica cifra di 136 € ( siamo a 15 Km da barcellona).

Stayed here for the weekend to attend football match at Estadi Johan Cruyff. Really enjoyable stay, hotel very clean, lovely room. Good breakfast selection. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would return here again.

I would recommend this hotel for people who want something outside of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. But understand that getting into the city via public transportation usually takes a good hour, and getting back at night is complicated unless you cab or Uber. The room we were offered was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of options. The pool area was pleasant. The hotel interiors could do with a cleaning however. I saw dirt and build up on the walls, especially outside by the pool, plus there was a leaky ceiling downstairs. All that said, the service team get high marks. I had two very unfortunate experiences with pick-pockets during my trip (be VERY careful on the Barcelona Metro!). The staff was quite considerate of my predicament plus helpful with advice and finding police stations. I was offered a very late check out for free as well, that made things just a bit easier. Much appreciated! Also, get to know Sant Just during your stay. It’s charming.
