Nice hotel, excellent hotel and excellent food. I liked the pool and the beach. All inclusive

Chaos. We arrived in the evening, hungry and tired. We were met in the dining hall by some man, apparently a cleaner, who brought dinner... you look at it! all inclusive... I don't have to travel thousands of kilometers to eat a carrot... thin slice of cheese and sausage... and water.. No tea, no coffee.. all inclusive, lol. There are two swimming pools. The children's pool is completely empty. All the children, from the youngest, mingle among the adults in the large pool. The staff doesn't pay any attention. It's a pity, the wind is too strong and you can't lie by the sea.

It's been a nice holiday with a lot of attractions every day. There's been shows, dance shows, aqua aerobics and more and dance times by the animator team. The hotel is very nice and clean, the palm garden is amazing. Enzo from the animation team rules (hugs), but every animator is nice and friendly. The food is very good and there's an interesting choice even for vegans. Its been a pleasure to be here. Thank you. Something what can be better is WiFi, because it's only working well in some places of the hotel and even more vegan food. Thank you in advance, I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Habitué depuis de nombreuses années à fréquenter des chaînes d'hôtels de type 4 étoiles en Tunisie, j'ai dans un premier temps été satisfait de l'infrastructure de cet établissement. Accès aux différents axes très pratique..... Par contre, pour aller droit au but, la nourriture est exécrable, du jamais vu je crois en ce qui me concerne, et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile, croyez moi. Deuxièmement, les chambres sont plus que vieillissantes, la literie en fin de vie et comme cerise sur le gâteau, très mal entretenues (sol sale, ainsi que dans les couloirs). En ce qui concerne les animateurs, le mots est bien grand !!! Je crois qu'ils confondent animation et drague, surtout un certain Rico !!! Il suffirait de pas grand chose pour rendre cet établissement agréable : un autre chef de cuisine, un rafraîchissement des chambres et des animateurs formés pour leur fonction. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel....

Nous sommes encore à l'hôtel. Attention aux avis où il n'y a qu'une seule contribution voir deux''..ce sont des amis des animateurs.. Oui des algues sur la plage mais pas tout le temps, et c'est nettoyé mais c'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais le vent, la nature. L'eau très chaude donc agréable. La piscine sympa....mais les chaises longues sont réservées des 7h30(vrai) donc pas de chaise longue autour de la piscine si vous arrivez après. L'hôtel en lui même est propre mais est daté dans les chambres (vue mer mais beaucoup de choses très vieillottes dans la chambre, sèche cheveux des années 80 qui fonctionne pas, la climatisation mis a fort car non réglable....) La literie est moyenne, et pour ceux qui ont pris vue mer, auront le droit aussi a la musique assourdissante jusqu'à minuit...mais vraiment très fort. Les serveurs et notre hôte d'agence de voyage franchement ils sont aimables, sympas. Alors la parlons du vraiment négatif !!!les repas...le petit déjeuner des 9h15 vous n'aurez plus rien.....mais même avant je pense, car qu'une sorte de pain (baguette décongelée) ils misent tout sur les crêpes...mais une queue de 30mn pour avoir deux crêpes car ya rien d'autres....le repas du soir si vous voulez vous retrouver comme sur une ligne de métro à 8h du matin....c'est pareil.....vous n'avez pas de table pour manger, plus rien a manger des 20h...et vous pouvez attendre 10/15mn pour avoir trois frites ou couscous. Si vous aimez les desserts allez y des 19h, car sinon a 19h45 plus rien.....les animations le soir...bah version camping municipal....concours de muscles, concours de chanson......après ils font ce qu'ils peuvent. ..mais on sent bien la radinerie de la direction....aucune aide ni personnes extérieures pour faire spectacle du soir....je vous joins une photo de l'attente du matin mais celle ci ce n'est rien... heureusement soleil, piscine sympa mais ça en reste là, et oui hôtel loin de tout mais ça on le savait.

Hello, some good and bad feedback to mention for this Resort. Generally, the hotel looks nice from the outside and the gardens are lovely and well kept. The downside is that the rooms aren't 4* value, the first room we were allocated: the shower didn't work, the AC was falling to pieces from the wall and of course they gave us the room near the rather loud sound system (not all day) but in the evening the music was on until 12:30. Also, the TV and wifi didn't work in the room, but you don't really need TV&wifi on holiday, I agree! If you arrive in Djerba airport, you need to be aware that the coach journey isn't 30minutes as advertise by the agency. It is a full 60 to 90mins journey to get there depending on how busy the drop off list is and the season of travelling. The food was good and the staff absolutely lovely! The reception team (and Director I believe) helped us to find a better and quieter room. However, the state of the room was still basic and below 4*. But at least everything worked properly. The rooms need a good refurbishment. Overall, the location of the Resort is great and the view stunning. I do understand that COVID had a very negative impact on the Hotel Industry worldwide, but is it a valuable reason to let a hotel deteriorating this way? This review is aimed to be forwarded somehow to the owner of the resort group. Kind regards

Best holiday ever with best animation team. Every game was intresting and we had a lot of fun. Thanks everyone for everything. Everyone put heart for work and are gratefull to be hear. Montana you are the best barman. Thanks a lot!!
