Hotel molto comodo in quanto a pochi minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto di Tenerife Sud (circa 15€ di taxi), fronte mare, la vista dalla camera è eccezionale. La piscina, riparata da eventuale brezza con delle vetrate è riscaldata e si riesce a fare il bagno (se non si è troppo freddolosi) anche in inverno. Il ristorante è a buffet con una buona varietà di scelta, ogni sera ci è stata proposta una tipologia di cena diversa (italiana, spagnola, canaria, ecc...). Fuori dall'hotel c'è una bellissima passeggiata sul lungo mare, mentre sc****ggia per locali e attività commerciali (l'area commerciale è davvero piccola). L'animazione è limitata a qualche ora di musica dal vivo, anche per i bambini è quasi nulla e non c'è un'area giochi.

It should be 3 star rating, not 4 star as stated in their website . Hotel is fine but not worth for the money paid. Double rooms are too small for 2 adults and not same the same as per their picture . Breakfast is very basic and limited options . Same breakfast options every day . Staffs are good but not flexible, especially the manager . Can be better z not worth for money

Short stay but all was good . Great views. Great service . Not too busy

My experience was really good. I chose this place because of the price and location to airport. I enjoyed my night very much. I do recommend this place

L'hotel è pulito e ordinato. Il personale è eccezionale e si prende davvero cura degli ospiti. L'unica critica è che l'hotel necessita di un piccolo aggiornamento, piastrelle rotte, danni causati dall'acqua a pavimenti, porte e architravi. I bagni necessitano di un aggiornamento.

Camera spaziosa, personale cortese e preparato. Buona la colazione, sia per varietà che qualità. Molto carina la spa ad uso esclusivo (nonostante un piccolo inconveniente con le prenotazioni).

Propre. Cher pour ce que c’est. Il n’y a pas grand chose autour à part l’aéroport. Juste pour dormir. Tout est faisable avec auto mais ça reste loin de tout

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely, very friendly and very, very helpful. Whilst the communal facilities were in a good condition (e.g. reception, bar and restaurant etc), the bedrooms themselves were tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. We were promised a bottle of cava on arrival as it was our twentieth anniversary - this never materialised.

Sin duda alguna lo mejor de todo ha sido el personal, desde él seguridad (Paolo) hasta la recepción del hotel, incluso en el bufete todos muy simpáticos y amables. Me ha encantado el hotel pero sin duda alguna volveré por el trato. Me habría encantado acordarme el nombre de todos pero mi cabeza no da para tanto 😅 pero muchas Gracias.

The stay was great for one night. The staff member on duty that evening was brilliant.

Cet hôtel était proche de l aeroport. Je n y ai donc passé qu une nuit. La personne qui nous a reçus était accueillante et aidante. Manque de personnel cependant et l hôtel mérite une rénovation. La propreté sauve la situation… mais je m attendais à un niveau de prestations supérieur.

Hotel very clean in all areas. Staff always happy to help, exceptional customer service. Food could be hotter, but I would say that's normal for a buffet. Plenty of choice but could do with a bit more flavouring. We had a junior suite and it was huge, very pleased 😃 All round great hotel Will stay again and would recommend to friends and family 🙂
