Un eccellente resort 3-4 Star per la zona. I servizi, le strutture e gli alloggi sono sicuramente un forte 3-star secondo le norme internazionali. Ma ciò che lo rende più vicino ad un 4-star sono le sue due distinzioni eccezionali: la prima è il suo buon cibo in termini di gusto, presentazione e varietà, e la seconda e la più eccezionale è il suo eccellente servizio 'palm-to-the-chest mabuhay'! Da Giuseppe il portiere, La regina al dipartimento frontale, Adrian al custode, a Cesar il custode della vita, il personale è ben addestrato, caldo, personale e professionale! Kudos al barista Raffy e al personale di cena Camille, Ronald, Nicole con il capo della squadra Flora. Congratulazioni e mantenimento il grande lavoro di gestione Kimpsey! Per essere approfonditi, mentre le aree comuni sono più o meno a sedia a rotelle a buon agio con rampe e ascensore, le camere non sono, con le scale fino alla zona di letto e/o bagno che hanno reso difficile per la nostra madre di 94 anni. Tuttavia, in generale un'esperienza ripetibile e raccomandabile.

I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.
