UUtente ospiteImmaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

HHayley PheifferWe had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout.
We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch.
Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels.
Complimentary WiFi
TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son.
Apartment had amazing views from the balcony!
When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner.
Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city.
Would highly recommend staying here.

GGolden handshakerLa posizione era grande. Il parcheggio non era. Il condizionamento della notte non funzionava bene. Controllo disgustoso nella posizione del desk. La mattress era buona, ma il movimento più piccolo sul letto e si sentiva instabile.

YYeajung ChoiHost was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe.
Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

PPatrik TomanovicWell we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

FFrancescaEro un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

UUtente ospiteHai tutto quello che paghi, non hai le basi, non hai le frittelle, il personale è amichevole e aiutato con il mio caso, perché non c'è ascensore.
La TV remota era temperamentale, questo è stato riportato e mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto una sostituzione il giorno dopo, nessuna sostituzione è venuta, ma non era molto solo canali italiani.
La macchina del caffè nella stanza era preriempita con acqua, ma i tazze di caffè devono essere acquistati separatamente.
La lavastoviglie aveva crack, la doccia era stata colpita inizialmente, ma presto si è raffreddata quasi fredda.
Il letto doppio è stato fatto di due materassi singole che non erano quindi accantonati, nel mezzo del sonno la due società divisa di circa 6 pollici .La strada è comunque ragionevolmente tranquilla sera, Prima di mattina le aziende vicine vede vuote le bottiglie vuote la sera precedente nella bara direttamente sotto la mia stanza. C'è anche una scuola vicino, dove i piccoli si riuniscono in attesa che le porte si aprassero, il discorso eccitato non mi ha molestato, ma forse alcuni.
Grande posizione per buone negozi/restauranti/caffè, treni e autobus e facile passeggiata alla bella Marina.

UUtente ospiteAVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
