There was a lot of noise in the halls and this noise affected the room, it was hard to sleep with the noise

I had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

Area was very nice. Hotel was very clean and the service were excellent. Food quality was also good.

Great rooms, and staff! Beds were a bit narrow but overall very comfortable.

酒店位置離機場很近，整體環境不錯，服務不錯，但是設施過於老舊，不是五星標準，另外室內沒有拖鞋和水，飛機噪音明顯，喜歡安靜的不建議住。

很棒的酒店，古色古香，很有歷史和故事的酒店，不過也有缺點，隔音很差，靠近機場飛機的噪音比較大，衞生間的門是玻璃的，不隔光，停車場有點遠，價格有點貴

環境沒得説，大草原可以打高爾夫🏌️♀️，自由牧牛悠然自得，站在五樓的陽台上，微風拂面，身心舒暢；早餐豐富，各類餐食均可匹配訴求；房間比較老舊，房內無歡迎瓶裝水等，這部分可以後續改善下，

環境很不錯 但樓上樓下和房間之間隔音太差
