San José: hotel a 2 stelle

4 year testimonial. DONT EVER LEAVE VALUABLES IN UR ROOM. 4 years I have stayed here monthly. Again - four years! Booked and paid for 2 nights. First morning I leave for an hour and when I return - my room window lock has been removed and the windows to my UNIT WAS WIDE OPEN. In 4 years no one has ever entered my room. But yesterday my room was entered by staff, the window lock was removed, and in spite of my belongings being in the room, anyone could have easily entered my unit from the walkway to my room. I told the front desk. They were not helpful. No apology. No refund at all. Nada. Zilch. The manager said sorry but also justified that the housekeepers open windows when they clean. In 4 years never a housekeeper entered. Yesterday someone entered with a key card and unlocked my window and then opened it completely so that anyone could come in. I deserve at least a partial refund. Shame on them. If only we could reach the owner so that they can do better. So that they can train their staff. So that they can all do better. Shane Shame shame. First is the giant error to leave my window wide open, to remove the lock, and then to handle this all so poorly when it was brought to your attention. SHAME! When they closed the pool I said no biggie it's a good area. When they cut back brkfst I said ok no biggie. When they canceled breakfast and the pool I said no biggie. When I told the front desk that on property a man exposed himself and the front desk showed no care I said no biggie. U enter my room, u take off the window lock, you open my window fully knowing that anyone can easily enter - so now u have a problem. Go somewhere else if have a laptop or phone or anything of value. Because when u return the window lock may be already removed and the window to your unit may likely be wide wide wide open. Shame on them. Again I have been here for 4 years. This is my last visit. Shame!

Il Wi-Fi gratuito ti consente di restare in contatto con il mondo, mentre la TV con canali via cavo è l'ideale per concedersi un po' di svago. I bagni sono dotati di combinazione doccia/vasca. I comfort includono telefoni, scrivanie e accessori per la preparazione di caffè/tè.

This was the ideal location for us to stay to go and see a Sharks game. It also came with a car park. This is a pretty traditional motel, for a reasonable price. The lady on reception was very helpful and let me leave my car parked the next day for the game even though we were only staying one night, which was very helpful. Clean and tidy room. We were at the very front of the motel which for me was not an issue, but my friend is quite a light sleeper and he found it very noisy, the road is pretty busy and the motel is at a junction, so it would be best to request a room at the back if noise may trouble you. I would return here if I see any more Ice Hockey games.

Ho avuto un'esperienza sorprendente qui, la mia camera era bella e pulita, il servizio era grande, ho avuto un facile controllo, e sinceramente non ho avuto problemi! Certamente considererò questo hotel di nuovo per un soggiorno a San Jose. Accedibilità e grande!!!

Ho vissuto qui per sei notti e ho partecipato alla riunione del centro di conferenza di San José McEnery.Sto cercando un posto il più vicino possibile al centro di conferenza, perché ho bisogno di portare il mio apparecchio di dimostrazione, ma è difficile trovare un hotel ragionevole. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta.Il proprietario del negozio è molto amichevole e ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le mie domande.Se torno a San José, userò l'hotel di nuovo.Ho vissuto ６ per la notte nel centro di conferenza di San José McKenna. Ho cercato un'avvicinanza al centro conferenze il più possibile, ma quando ho incontrato problemi a causa di un hotel costoso, era un prezzo ragionevole.La stanza è molto grande, molto pulita e il servizio è anche buono. Anche se è un hotel privato, il proprietario ha risposto alle mie domande strane con gentilezza e ha risposto in modo adeguato e rapido.Se torno a San José, voglio usare l'hotel di nuovo.

Molto più di quanto si incontra all'occhio quando si entra per la prima volta! Le camere erano molto spaziose, il colazione era ok, a meno che non avessero la macchina da waffle che stava seduto lì sul conto, che era una specie di grande bum. Il bar è stato chiuso per qualsiasi motivo e non è stato immagazzinato. Oh e un'ultima cosa, qualcuno sul desk front apparentemente ”involontariamente” ha spento l'allarme di fuoco in tutto l'hotel. A circa 1:30AM le sirene di allarme di fuoco hanno iniziato a soffiare. Non ho sentito il fumo e non ho visto o sentito alcun panico quando sono andato fuori. Sono uscito dalla nostra stanza e ho guardato le strade e non c'era nessuno da trovare ... Cercata intorno (tutto mentre le sirene difendono si sono sbucciate proprio fuori dalla nostra porta) a 1AM e tutto all'improvviso, Dopo circa 5 minuti di tentativo di trovare un fuoco o qualcosa, le sirene si fermarono. Molto confuso e anche un po' irritato al 2.00, abbiamo chiamato il desktop prima di sentire qualcosa da nessuno circa se siamo in pericolo o no. Hanno risposto alla fine e gli abbiamo detto che l'allarme antincendio era andato via ... La persona del desktop ha detto ”Sì, sappiamo, ci siamo occupati di lui.” Come è una normale avventura e avremmo dovuto sapere che io immagino ... Quindi, confuso di nuovo, Abbiamo chiesto: ”Sooo, è stato solo un incidente?” E tutto quello che hanno risposto era ”Sì”. Senza tanta scusa. E questo è stato il caso. Quindi, sii pronta, se resti qui, potrebbe succedere!Basta avvertimento.🤷

Il mio soggiorno era per una notte. La stanza non era la più pulita, la piscina non era aperta e le strutture lavanderia erano chiuse. Questa posizione non ha un ristorante o colazione. Per un posto per dormire e doccia il prezzo era giusto.

L'ambiente è buono, l'igiene pulita

Sempre lì per aiutare. Molto buon servizio clienti e anche la pulizia era immacolata. Sicuramente consiglierei a chiunque cercasse un hotel decente pulito. Erano molto dettagliati con i guanti così bello.

This hotel is next to a busy street and had construction going on while we were there. This made it more challenging to enter and exit the hotel, but I feel the people and the nightly rate more than made up for it. This hotel is not your upper scale most modern Marriott accommodations by any means, but it fit my basic needs very well with a few above average expectations. Our room was clean and tidy. There wasn't much bathroom sink space in our King bed room, but it was fine for our short stay and just 2 of us. It was nice to have breakfast included. It may not have the biggest selection of items but it was sufficient for our needs and one thing that they did well was the food was always warm and cooked very well. Not overcooked, or undercooked, or dry. They were very attentive with keeping it stocked and warm. The hash brown potatoes were really good. One of the pleasant surprises of our stay was the staff. I cant say enough good things about the general manager Celestina Munoz and the weekend night desk lady Jackie. They both were very pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra pillows and Celestina immediately stopped what she was doing to go get us the pillows and some extra wash clothes. We didn't have to wait for someone to deliver them to our room and hoped they showed up. We arrived at breakfast one day close to when it was ending and she wanted to make sure there was enough for us to eat breakfast. Jackie was extremely nice and was very talented at the ”gift of gab”. LOL She enjoys talking to guests and getting to know them and offering whatever assistance she can offer. She took the time to ask what we did that day and if we had a good time and even offered us snacks when we came back to the hotel in the evening from a long tiring day. She's the type of person who always has a smile on her face and always happy and a kind heart willing to help others. Its easy to tell Celestina and Jackie both enjoy their work and enjoy people and life. They went above and beyond the call of duty compared to most hotel employees. They treated us like friends, not just guests in a hotel. In just a few short days it seemed like we became good friends. Sometimes there's more to a hotel stay than just the room and the bed your sleeping in and they made our stay at the San Jose Quality Inn a very pleasant enjoyable stay. It made some of the small less pleasant things meaningless. Before we checked out, i gave each of them small gifts of gratitude to let them know we appreciated them and everything they did for us during our stay. If we ever get to this area again, we will be sure and look them up. Thanks Celestina and Jackie for a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work.
