Quindi, devo solo dire che il servizio clienti che riceverai al The Inn at Union Square è imbattibile. Sono tutti cordiali e oltremodo accomodanti. L'Inn è pulito e perfetto per quello che cercavo. È in un'ottima posizione e non sembra un gran che da fuori, ma le camere e il personale compensano davvero. Apprezzo molto il servizio di classe mondiale che hanno fornito. Grazie squadra!

Hotel boutique ma potente, buona posizione in città per passeggiare. Il posto è molto tranquillo di notte per godersi un buon sonno confortevole. Altamente raccomandato.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. In the best location possible. Front desk was very helpful and wonderful. Free coffee and water. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a place located in the Union Square area. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Close to various public transportation stops, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is located really close to Chinatown.

This is the best small hotel in Union Square. It's affordable, the rooms are very nice—especially the bathrooms—and it's a friendly and cozy environment. Staff is super nice too. Just don't expect a bar or a social scene or a pool or fancy amenities. You get a great room though!

The hotel is located in downtown, from San Francisco International Airport, we took BART and got off from Powell Street BART station, walk less than 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel front desk is very small, but the staff is always friendly . The room is spacious and tidy, bed is comfortable. We could not hear much noise from outside. The breakfast area is super small, only have 2 seats there , only grab the simple breakfast and go. Overall experience is great.

Staff was very helpful, very responsive, great location and close to various transportation.

Reception was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and cozy - do not expect any window views however. Location is also very convenient and safe in Union Square, with quick access to the cable car. Though it can be quite close to the Tenderloin neighbourhood a couple streets away, for those who are more wary.

위치와 가격 모두 좋다. 샤워부스가 조금 좁은편..그치만 가격 생각하면 큰 걸림돌은 아님 직원들도 매우 친절하고 아침에 간단하게 베이글, 머핀 등 베이커리류랑 음료 준비됨 오렌지주스 맛있었어요😆 다음에도 온다면 또 묵을 것 같음! 추천!

房間算大，早餐也不錯。地點就在聯合廣場旁，最熱鬧的區域，旁邊就有叮叮車及Big bus上車點，走路去中國城、梅西百貨（即將撤點）也很近。可惜晚上homeless出沒較危險。

早餐豐富，服務人員態度好，簡直貼心到爆，重點是衞生，住的很舒服，下次還想來住。之前聽聞流浪漢多不敢來，來了才發現，比想象中好太多，我們找了一個便宜的停車場，一天最多40刀。
