What a wonderful place to stay! It’s my honeymoon trip and it’s the last stop in Switzerland, and when the hotel noticed that it’s our honeymoon trip and it temporarily prepared the special room for us! It’s an amazing experience over there! Thank you a lot!

非常推薦的采爾馬特的酒店，雖然房間不大，但是很舒服，大廳還有個壁爐可以取暖，早飯很豐盛，瑞士全程吃得最好的早飯，建議一定要訂早飯。另外記得帶泳衣，酒店帶個SPA池。離火車站稍有點距離，可以聯繫酒店接送。

房間乾淨，酒店自帶公共乾濕蒸設施。冬天在酒店呆著很舒服。早餐很不錯！

Piccolo albergo situato in una via perpendicolare alla via principale, in pieno centro. Ha un piccolo centro benessere caldo e accogliente. Le stanze sono arredate con legno in stile moderno, l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il bagno, un po' da albergo tipo business. Colazione di buon livello. Complimenti per il personale, tutti molto gentili e disponibili.

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had that I can't even think of anything negative to say even if I try to nit-pick! The entire staff is great. I highly recommend booking directly as they offer discount, hotel transfer and free mini bar. The breakfast is fantastic that I looked forward to it every morning. We stayed here when Zermatt was unfortunately experienced heavy rain and flooded. The staff prioritized our safety, kept us updated and helped guests that needed rebooking. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt! Thank you Bellerive!

Near perfection, from the breathtaking views to the room appointments, from the outstanding, attentive staff to the top-quality, abundant, complimentary breakfasts, and from the cost-free full spa to the included and prompt luggage service from the train to the hotel room, Hotel Bellerive has it all. Situated in a fully updated family inn constructed in the 1970s, Bellerive rooms are equipped with the most modern facilities (yes, plenty of outlets, electric shutters, handheld climate controls, wifi, etc.) but exude a charm that most places miss. The current owner, son of the family that built the original hotel, takes personal charge to ensure all guests feel welcome and appreciated. If you can get to Zermatt, and everyone should, their lodging destination should be the Hotel Bellerive. And if you can, book suite 505, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and an upper loft with a bathtub affixed to a glass floor. An engineering marvel!

My husband and I have stayed in many of the hotels in Zermatt in the 12-15 years we have been going there. This hotel is a gem! The owners, Katja and Mario, and their staff could not be more helpful or accommodating! Their breakfasts are so wonderful! Check out their fresh orange juice machine!

I had the most fantastic experience with Hotel Bellerive. Coming from the USA i had delayed flights, missed connections, lost luggage- anything that could go wrong with my flights did. I was booked at Hotel Bellerive and they were SO accommodating and understanding of all the troubles I was going through. After finally reaching Zermatt, they picked me up at the train station and brought me to the hotel. The room was impeccable, the bed and pillows were so comfortable- much needed after a long couple of travel days. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly- always with a smile and willing to help answer any questions, give suggestions for local restaurants, bars, skiing, etc. Thank you for the most enjoyable hospitality and kick off to my ski vacation!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for the majority of our time in Switzerland. It. Was. MAGICAL. Every little detail was perfect! They went above and beyond to make us feel like we were the most important people there. The space is luxurious, comfy beds, excellent rooms with lots of storage for all your winter gear, including free ski lockers in the basement- perfectly heated so your gear dries fast and is warm for the next morning! The breakfast was phenomenal. So many options, the freshest food I think Ive ever had. Breakfast was my husband's favorite part hands down. The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere quickly. Ski lift is about a 10 min walk in boots. There is a phone when you get to the train station and you call when you arrive- they come right over and pick you up! Every single person is so nice and welcoming. And the house keeping- I swear I only saw supplies in the hallway- they are magical fairies. We were never once disturbed by housekeeping needing to get into our room. It's as if they knew exactly when we were at breakfast- every morning when we returned to our room it was perfect cleaned. The entire hotel was always so perfectly clean, and the place smells like divine paradise that makes you question your decision every time you leave the building. Be sure to book directly through the Bellerive for the best rate and for included mini fridge/bar services! I saw that online and Im so glad we did, because the minibar was a nice touch! A fresh glass of Prosecco on the balcony staring right at the Matterhorn after a long day of skiing was ultimate perfection.The quiet little bar in the lobby also has the best wine prices around, so I would always have a glass there before dinner. I can't say enough good things about this place. We 100% will be back, hopefully very soon. There are so many options of places to stay- I researched them all! And while they are all beautiful, I just don't think any can top the experience we had at the Bellerive with their incredible team. It was truly a dream come true of a honeymoon. Thank you again for making this a trip of a lifetime!

Wish I can give the bellerive 100 stars! Really awesome staff who were so accommodating and friendly. Treated us like they already knew us and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. When we come back we definitely will be staying here again. Amenities, location and atmosphere were great.

I just got home from a week at the hotel. We were a group of five guys who have done a ski trip together every year since 2017 and we all agree that this was our best trip yet. The weather, the town, our dinners out and the ski resort certainly played a big part in that opinion, but the hotel was the icing on the cake! It's an intimate hotel with OUTSTANDING staff and owners. The facilities and location are excellent. They call themselves a 3 star hotel, but I'm guessing that might be Swiss humility!

We stayed at Bellerive Hotel in family. What a wonderful week! Since the first second, you feel at home! Welcome and contact during the stay with the owners Katja and Mario and the whole team is very warmful and professional. Attention to details is present at all time. Room is very nicely furnished and spacious. Breakfast to start the day is delicious and offers a variety of homemade and other excellent products. Back from the mountain, the nice spa is waiting for you! Thank you to Bellerive team, we’ll be back ;-) Fred O.
