Posto incantevole, il personale è eccezionale, a pochi passi dal centro, mi è piaciuto così tanto che ho soggiornato due volte

Beautiful hotel, simple but elegant. Extremely clean always. Very good attention from staff at all times. Nothing was any trouble to them. Very friendly, especially Daniel. Breakfast was a limited choice but adequate and I am sure if we had made a request for something different they would have tried their best to accommodate.The bar was open 24 hours for any drinks you needed. I would go back there and highly recommend.

The hotel was located in a quiet street close to the center. There were excellent massage services, good breakfast, good service.

The hotel was really nicely located close to all amenities and means of public transport.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo in questo hotel per 4 notti. L'esperienza nel complesso è stata mediocre/buona. Tra le note positive: lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, parlano italiano e sono presenti in reception h24. L'hotel si trova a metà strada tra Piata Victoriei e Piata Romana, la posizione è ottima, molto comoda, molto centrale, vicina a varie fermate degli autobus. Tra le note negative: nella struttura erano presenti, anche all'interno, dei gatti, ci gironzolano liberamente, quindi, per chi non li ama o è allergico, meglio evitare. La stanza era abbastanza pulita, non erano presenti molti cosmetici, solo un piccolo bagnoschiuma. La qualità delle lenzuola del letto era molto discutibile, si percepiva fossero consumate e vecchie. Ho anche chiesto di cambiarle, ma ne ho ricevuto un paio nelle stesse condizioni per questo non ho potuto dormire sotto le coperte. Fortunatamente la temperatura nella stanza era moooolto alta, altrimenti non so come avrei potuto risolvere senza coprirmi! Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata nella media. Per due ragazzi con spirito di adattamento va più che bene, il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto, la posizione è ottima, i servizi, però, sono scarsi.

Come da titolo ottimo hotel in cui ho soggiornato per 10 notti durante la is vacanza a bucharest. Hotel situato vicino alla fermata metro plata Victoriei, è un hotel carino, non grande, con una 15ina di camere su 3 piani. Colazione molto buona e il personale di reception parlava sia inglese sia italiano. Conslgiato

Tutto molto in linea con quanto descritto. C'è davvero il bidè...meraviglia all'estero... Personale davvero gentile e molto disponibile. I due ragazzi con cui abbiamo interagito parlavano bene l'italiano e hanno fatto di tutto per rendere piacevole e semplice il nostro soggiorno. Camere pulite e silenziose. Unica pecca l'ascensore non funzionante e scala a chiocciola.

Piccolo hotel con rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimi. Molto gentile e disponibili i gerenti. Posizione buona, vicino a mezzi pubblici. Comodo anche per visitare la città a piedi. Il personale parla italiano.

Cheap and cheerful, in a quiet area but not very far from the town at all. There were restaurants around the back streets too which are definitely worth trying as everywhere was excellent. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 102 and it was exceptionally clean, they didn't clean rooms until later in the afternoon which means you don't get woken up which is great! The room has air con, a fridge, large flat screen TV with a few English channels and this was more than we expected to be honest for the price. The decor is a little odd however did not affect our stay at all. The bed was very comfy and there were extra covers and pillows in the wardrobe. We only had breakfast twice and it was lovely, plenty of choice, there was an issue with one newer staff member mixing up our order but they couldnt have been more apologetic and resolved it right away. Only thing that would make it better would be more of a selection of drinks at the bar but this is really minor as we were out and about every day. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place that isn't too pricey to crash after sightseeing.

I stayed here for about a week. the room was small, but functional. The shower was quite large, which was nice. I did find the bathroom smell funny, but I suspect it was a close to the sewer vent. They don’t change the towels and sheets every day to be honest. I’m not sure if they changed them at all while I was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. When asked the price was very budget friendly. Had lots of free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. I found it be an excellent location , you’re about 300 m or so from the subway but you’re in a very quiet area, so you didn’t get the city it was on a quiet street. I think it’s an excellent location for a short stay. Did you serve breakfast in the mornings at a cost and they also have a restaurant bar there as well .

Arrived for a 4 night stay from the Uk, arrived approx 9.30pm at night, lovely welcome at reception. We had Rm 103, wasn’t much of a view but room although quite basic, was pleasant enough. Decor was not to our taste and the 3 rugs in the room were a bit slippy and just not needed but it was all very very clean. Went down for breakfast which was a bit of an odd set up to what we’re used too as we were given a list and you just pick off what you want. The breakfast was basic BUT the few things we picked were cooked and presented beautifully. I fell ill on the city break so one of the nights my hubby dined alone downstairs off the Indian menu which he said he enjoyed and it was reasonably priced. Overall, a basic hotel but customer service was great and we would consider returning. Special mention to all the staff team who work hard, nothing was ever a problem and housekeeping staff do a fab job. **We loved the 5 cats who live and seem well looked after by the hotel ❤️

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Michelangelo as part of a Wowcher deal. The hotel is in a great location, approx. 10 mins walk from city centre and 30 mins walk from Old Town. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Room was basic but clean and just what we needed to rest our heads after a day of exploring. We had an issue with the safe and missing towel but issues were rectified straight away with no fuss. Would recommend this hotel if you want a great location with great staff (including the cute and friendly cats!)
