This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché non volevo l'hotel tradizionale mix alta salita sulla strada della spiaggia. Ma sono arrivato all'hotel con aspettative molto basse dopo aver letto le recensioni passate. La mia esperienza è completamente diversa. Le aree dell'hotel sono bellissime, il personale del bar piscina sono molto amichevole e efficiente è aperto fino a mezzanotte in estate. Il seggio del bar piscina è nuovo e di buona qualità. Ci sono molti letti solari intorno alla piscina, spiaggia, & giardini. Check-in è stato efficiente. La vista sul mare è nuovamente ristrutturata e ben mantenuta. L'aria condizionata è molto potente, nuovo sedile sul balcone, 5 g Wi-Fi veloce. Sembra che un sacco di soldi sia stato speso per ristrutturare l'hotel. Ci possono essere alcune camere non ancora ristrutturate. La passeggiata verso la città richiede circa 15 minuti e si trova su una piccola collina sulla strada di ritorno all'hotel. Se stai cercando un hotel che è un po 'circa chic (perché è costruito intorno alle roche) con grande vista sul mare e un'atmosfera abbattuta, consiglierei questo hotel.

Hotel very nice, clean with a lovely pool and staff very helpful and friendly, lovely hotel in a lovely place. Breakfast has lots of choice and a good standard. Grounds and the whole hotel very well kept. Only stayed for one night but would be more than happy to use the hotel again for a longer stay.

We loved the charm of this hotel in a perfect location just steps from the beach. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness was irreproachable. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The restaurant offered a large and varied buffet which changed every day. The swimming pool is lovely but not child friendly as there is no shallow end. A car is a necessity to visit the surrounding areas. If I must say something negative then it would be the absence of a coffee machine in the room. A full length mirror would be welcome and a shelf under the bathroom basin is a necessity. Make sure to request a side sea facing room as there is a construction site just in front of the hotel and the view must surely be spoilt by this. Highly recommend. We will be returning.
