Great customer service and friendly staff

A great little hostel in the centre of town. A very well laid out hostel with a nice common area and clean and comfy rooms/bathrooms. Good transport links nearby to get around the city and to the airport.

Staff very friendly they answered all my question I recommend this place .

青年旅舍，乾淨，整潔，廚房做飯方便，冰箱很大，早餐有牛奶，flake，茶包，咖啡，值得再去住。 工作人員熱情，耐心。 文章很好，外面餐館很多，超市也很近。

入住和離店得在確定時間，打電話才知道，開門要按門鈴，吃的東西得放廚房不能放屋裡，宿舍裏還可以，廁所和洗澡在統一房間

First time staying at a hostel, and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, other guests friendly and respectful, the hostel is very beautifully kept, and has a nostalgic feeling. Shared bathroom and showers were safe and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

everything was perfect….. except the shower. Loved the staff, the decor, the lounge, convenient location, the little chocolates in my room! The shower experience was rough though. Dribble weak water pressure and it never got hot, not even luke warm. 1 of the 2 I can deal with but the combo was not ideal.

Bunk bed was pretty comfortable. I checked in after 5 pm so I had to take a top bunk which was fun. I slept well, even with my noisy middle of the night room mate. The day rooms are nice and the other travelers were friendly. Bathrooms are good. I love the location and the charm. I liked this place, however I was not traveling with kids or someone that I was trying to impress. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice spot in the heart of the gaslamp. Just the basics. Good bang for your buck.

This place way amazing. Beautiful and old yet right in the heart of it all. I felt safe here and would 100% come back. I felt more at home than in a borning modern hotel. The pillows were super uncomfortable is my only thing but the rest of the place obviously made up for that!

Very friendly staff. Staff sent msg of how to find the entrance which is very helpful. Maybe also mentioning need to being own shampoo and soap will be helpful. Very convenient area from bus and trolley stations. Lots of bars and restaurants around as well. It is at the heart of gaslamp quarter.

Great location, great staff… breakfast was extremely underwhelming and employees were talking among themselves instead of inviting me or showing me what’s available to eat. Bedroom was facing noisy nightclub but earplugs were available. Beds had privacy curtains and I was lucky to be assigned a room with no other guests, which I appreciated.
