It was the best hotel that I had ever stayed in. Although the location is a bit far from the central area, the quiet atmosphere and clean room were my attractive points.

Central location, very helpful staff. Comfortable with great appointments.

Location was good- walking distance to everything we wanted to see and next to this amazing Italian restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price and when we checked in late at night our room had not been cleaned and the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and used glasses on the counter and hair in the drain but it was late so no one was there so we were not able to shower because we had no towels and no one to reach for the night after a long day of traveling.

Buono il prezzo considerando il periodo (2-5 gennaio): 130€/notte/camera senza colazione (che costerebbe 20€/persona, troppo, siamo andati altrove per risparmiare) + 16€/notte per il posto auto (va prenotato chiedendo direttamente alla struttura, conviene, il parcheggio pubblico più vicino costa 20€/giorno). L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla in ottima posizione (10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del centro, 20 minuti dal duomo). L'abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e ogni giorno la stanza è stata rassettata. La doccia è di dimensioni comode ed è perfettamente funzionante (sembra assurdo ma ultimamente è diventata una rarità). Ci sono due termosifoni con valvole termostatiche: uno in camera e uno in bagno, in modo da regolare le temperature come si preferisce (anche questa caratteristica non è scontata). Letto comodo, abbastanza rigido. Buona l'insonorizzazione dall'esterno, non saprei valutare quella fra stanza e stanza perché non avevamo nessuno vicino. La stanza è dotata di climatizzatore che però non abbiamo usato. C'è la TV ma è di fianco al letto e non di fronte, posizione scomoda, ma noi non l'abbiamo usata. Il bagno non è finestrato ma è dotato di aspiratore. Uniche pecche sono la porta del bagno in vetro satinato non ermetica (fra porta e pavimento c'erano almeno 3 cm di spazio) e la mancanza del bidet. Una cosa che non reputo negativa ma che potrebbe dare fastidio è che il lavandino non era in bagno ma in stanza, ma suppongo non sia così per tutte le stanze

Classico hotel 3 stelle, 10/15 min a piedi dal centro,abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio, infatti avevamo il posto riservato davanti all'hotel, molto comodo. Personale cordiale Per i miei gusti , materassi troppo duri,così come gli asciugamani Salisburgo è un gioiello

Hotel in posizione comoda (15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro), con possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento (al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cartello con il cognome per segnalare il posto a noi riservato). Qui finiscono però i lati positivi: in questo hotel non c'è nulla di tipico dei boutique hotel (a parte forse la sala colazione). La nostra stanza era infatti totalmente anonima, gli unici elementi degni di nota erano segni di trascuratezza: parquet rovinato, muri segnati, appliques sbilenche, una colata di vernice (spero) sulla tenda. Il condizionatore poi, pur avendolo sempre tenuto spento, ha emesso ogni notte rumori vari (scricchiolii, sibili) che rendevano difficilissimo dormire. Scarsa l'insonorizzazione tra i piani: a ogni passo dell'ospite al piano di sopra, in camera nostra tremavano i muri e gli oggetti sulla scrivania. Il personale in generale è risultato mediamente gentile, la colazione discreta, ma con pochissima varietà per i dolci. Il giudizio però è gravemente compromesso dal prezzo: per 150 euro a notte mi aspetto ben altri servizi/comfort e una camera con finiture ben diverse. Questo hotel vale, ad essere generosi, la metà del prezzo da noi pagato.

We found the negative response to our request to cancel one of three nights disappointing. We were fog-bound in Krakow for a day so had to travel a day late but even with as much notice of this as we could offer the hotel refused to refund the room or breakfasts. This policy will mean we don't visit again - and the lack of a kettle in the room.

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurant and supermarkets nearby. The Old Town (Aldstadt) is within walkable distance where major sightseeing places are located. The hotel itself is comfortable. Rooms and passageways are clean and well-maintained. The sink is placed inside the room instead of in the bathroom, strange but not disturbing. Didn’t try the breakfast, found it expensive. No tea/coffee arrangement or at least an electric kettle in the room. Not provided even on request. Got to go to the common dining area downstairs to obtain tea or coffee. That was our problem!

Good location that’s within easy walking distance of many Salzburg sights, restaurants, and shops. The room was pretty good, definitely appreciated the AC in July. I wish there was a top sheet instead of the hot duvet but that’s European hotels I guess. We didn’t try the breakfast because we thought it seemed expensive. The staff we interacted with were nice.

I was disappointed from the very first arrival Met by a very aggressive and demanding staff at checking. She questioned everything, and critisized us. We were not given any directions to facilities or room. The room itself was large, but sparsly furnished. We didn't feel very welcomed at all

The customer service at this hotel is a mixed bag. The woman with the dark hair who checked us in and out was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we went to the front desk at 5:30 pm to ask for an extra pillow and we're told the cleaning lady had the key and she left at 4 pm. Why didn't we ask for a pillow earlier? The woman was quite rude. It seems odd that the hotel would keep the room locked with pillows, etc... and not be able to access it while there is someone at front desk. The woman acted as though it was our fault for not asking earlier.

Good value for money hotel. Very tasteful contemporary decor. Convenient location about 15 minutes level walk from railway station and about 15 minutes level walk to river/Schloss Mirabell and the Old Town on the other side of the river. Friendly/helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Would stay again. Hotel has a great system for checking in after hours, which we really appreciated, as our train was delayed, so a late arrival turned into a middle of the night one!

Very nice. Good, quiet location, a little off the beaten track but the city center is simple to reach on foot. Nice enough breakfast, the basics were there. No complaints. Did not have a motor car with us though, so do not know about parking. Some In front of the building at least.
