Hotel Best Oasis Park

Where to start day 1 my son was chilling in the pool on his rubber ring then all of a sudden a bottle of water came.from the 5th floor of the hotel and hit my sons rubber ring right next to his head this was half a bottle of water then so reported it to the arrogant life gaurd who looked up and.seen the second bottle of water come.down and.again nearly hit my son on the head this time it was a full bottle water which both were seen by well over 25 witnesses then it was reported to the manger and he came to me a said he had been told by the life gaurd that it was kicked by accident which is impossible as there is a bar at the bottom of the balcony so nothing can come down unless thrown over the balcony so when i was confronted by an angry lady in reception coz id already kicked off as i.was told it was from her balcony it was thrown she was shouting at me in reception all i.wanted to do was speak to the manager and he threatened to get me arested if i didnt leave reception which any parent would of kicked off if there child was nearly killed by 2 bottles of water thrown from a balcony. Then the manger presisted to tell me.he dont speak english which was a blatant lie . Next he staff in the hotel are the most arrogant i have ever met in my life bar 1 lady on reception who couldnt do enough any way the next day i woke up with what i can only describe as food poisioning my mouth was dry and could not get warm i was on and off the toilet most of the night i felt reallly ill so ended up in bed the next day till 11 30 in the morning so i didnt even have breakfast that day me and my son went out to the beach to get out of the hotel to see if i felt better any way we had a better day out of the hotel . We came back and my son went in the pool my son who has adhd and cant swim was told to get out the kids pool with his float and told to get in the big pool my responce to that was why should he get out the kids pool as he cant swim that is wrong so he went in the pool with the slide coz he can stand up in it to be told again to move in to the big pool which again he cant swim and its not fair that he cant be in the kids pool when he cant swim and the life gaurd just shrugged his shoulders when i confronted him . I was made to feel like i couldnt complain as previouly stated manger would get me arrested and i was there with just my son so i had to cut my holiday short by 4 days as i was ill and the staff were to arragant to deal with the rep was ok tho . So the day i was leaving it was 9 50 in the morning and the bar didnt open till 10 so asked the arrogant bar man if it was possible to grab 2 bottles of water to take with me on the tranfer i had manged to book early to be told no we dont open till 10 which its 10 mins for god sake amd i was leaving then went down to the reataurant and asked the ***** down there if i could grad a drink from down there to be told ueah a cup of water but i never asked for that asked for a bottle of water or pepesi to be told t

Lets start with day 1 - the arrival at the Hotel, very busy to get to reception, arrived at 1130am to be told room not ready, put cases in locked room and come back at 3!!! When we did we were unable to get to said room for 25 mins due to lifts being busy - there are 3 but not a good start. Room was basic with 2 large double beds, towels, little useless gifts such as shoe cleaner, comb and tissues!!! 4 stars mind you!!! Arrived in the dinner hall during this time for lunch, told where to sit, no explanation on how to get drinks etc, awaited for 15 mins to get approached by staff, in end helped myself and got told off!!! Staff seemed very busy and not very helpful. The food was acceptable and was a good choice, although not very much information other than picture of pig or chicken. Some didn't have any explanation! Outside area of 4 small pools was very busy with young families, and very very noisy. Zero interaction with animation team over the week, didnt seem to get the adults involved in anything even though it was advertised. Lots of tables and chairs outside, drinks at the bar were okay, but again bar staff looked like they were fed up and didn't want to be there, just a nod of the head seeing what you required, and even then the order was wrong. There is a list, so please ask for it. Snack bar is the best toasties, beefburgers, hotdogs and fries, crisps, peanuts and ice-creams galore- kids seem to love it. When the bar had closed at 1130pm they were chucking you out of this area, if you are on the poolside area be prepared to hear them moving and dragging the tables and chair to put in neat rows till around 1am, they also get and replace the beer barrels at this time and chat. No good if you are trying to sleep Entertainment: was very poor for a 4 star- Spanish dancers on the Saturday, some fire jumping on the Sunday, a girly duo - who sung mainly in Spanish, a band whom only half turned up due to illness, and best of all was the band on Friday night, but again only 1 song in English, rest was Spanish, Dutch or mambo- but they were enthusiastic and entertaining. 2 nights- was bingo, how does this constitute of entertainment listening to bingo being called in 5 languages!! didn't start till 10 - no music before or afterwards, On day 2, complained that the air condition didn't work or that the outside light was flashing on an off, air condition fixed straight away but alas light was not fixed the whole week which meant I could not sit outside as it was causing me to get a headache, could not flush the loo, reported to reception and apparently the whole block was off!!!! Couldn't use our own loo, what's the world coming to! on the Tuesday when at breakfast, directed to a table, after fetching said breakfast and started eating was told by a member of staff that that area was closed and would have to move! No way I had started so was gonna finish. Staff member was very abrupt. In the main pool area every afternoon around 4 pm a group

we went to barcelona it was good but the shops where crap we went back to the hotel room and there was a bug on the floor we had to get a house keeper never comeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeein backkkkk

Actually surprised nice food and drinks even though it was late October had a bit of entertainment on and on the main street right next to all the shopping and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach would definitely recommend this hotel

Start with the positive, the hotel was clean, beds comfy, location great. Disappointed at the food- for vegetarians-not good-cheese omelette had bits of ham in it. Same gloved hand used for meat and cheese. Some food not labelled-allergy risk. Raw chicken/beef cooked on same hot plate and same tool used for both. English station usually pizza, pasta, potatoes, rice , chicken nuggets(grey inside) or sausages (these were nice) Bar snacks 3.50 euros for burger(pink inside) on a bun-no cheese or salad. Hot dog on bun -no onions but sauce/mustard. Chips- usually just warm to eat. Cornettos/ice Lols/Bon Bon ices we’re good! Entertainment, we always join in but… daytime- not much on although notice board said different. Evening- 2 nights was 2 games of bingo nothing else. The other nights entertainment was standard nothing special but one night a guy who even staff said wasn’t the best. Staff work very hard, young lad behind the bar the friendliest. In the restaurant the ceiling was leaking, I reported this to a member of staff who replied “yes I know” but did nothing except let people sit at that table, I did warn them and they moved the table across. 15 minutes later another member of staff placed a wet floor sign. Outside there’s not much sun space for sun beds but big area of seating/table. Lots of pigeons about swooping down to take your food and landing on tables. All in all not the best holiday we have had.

The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean tidy every day fresh towels. The only issue was there was no tea or coffee facility in the room. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The waitresses were not as friendly.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Fantastic choice of food. Room was cleaned everyday, also had fresh towels daily. Couldn't fault the staff, very efficient. Hotel itself spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Hotels good. Nice and clean. Staff was nice. The food was ok had a themed night every night. The entertainment was dreadfully the volume of the entertainers/ music was far to loud for inside a hotel.
