Niente di speciale, ma è comodo e conveniente, economico e vicino all'aeroporto. Ottimo se tutto ciò che vuoi è un letto e un posto dove fare la doccia mentre trascorri la giornata in giro.

overall it is small but close to KFC and Maccas. If drive and stay for short it is okay. The room is very small

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. When I checked into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The room was dirty, and to my shock, I even found a used milk container left behind by a previous guest. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expected from your establishment. Furthermore, on May 16th, 2025 at around 12:00 PM, I approached the front desk and encountered a young female receptionist who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior made the situation even more frustrating. At the time, I was extremely exhausted from my trip and did not have the energy to raise the issue about the room being unclean, so I simply went to sleep. However, I feel it is important to bring these matters to your attention so that they can be addressed appropriately. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your service and ensure a better experience for future guests.

There mould in my first room all over the ceiling and staff first declined my request for my money back had request again and stayed 2 nights wasn’t happy with it at all.

Booked as it was close to the airport, was noisy until 1am. Everything else was good room was tidy and comfortable. Parking was available for a small fee.

Old room. Mould everywhere. Other ibis budgets in the city are much better

The room was congested, no cupboards provided, toilet was also congested , very small

The reception was friendly. I've stayed here twice, but it's quite far from public transportation.

It was nice stay near airport in comfy and clean. I’ll come back when I need to stay near airport again sometime.

A basic basic hotel right next to the holy fast food place called mc donalds. So expect a nice smell when you open the window. Other than that a good place

Cool location for short term travel

First of all, there is no elevator which is quite disadvantageous as it’s very difficult to carry your luggages 2 floors up. Secondly, the room is small, quite outdated, tiny bathroom and the lighting feels like a camping setup. If you had booked the room with breakfast, please check the timing as it’s only open from 7.30am, so if you had an earlier flight this is not useful. Overall, the location is good and close to airport with only about 5-10mins away with taxi.

The air conditioning is noisy and the room is not too spacious especially if you have luggage and things. You don't have a place where you can put your things. And it's dusty it looks like they didn't clean it. I sting my toes with a broken glass from the floor. 😔

Both male receptionists that I visited each time were terrible in their customer service. When I arrived, he could see I was struggling with my luggage and didn't offer to help, he was doing nothing. He gave me the wrong key card as well where someone was already staying in the room. Then another time, I asked a different male receptionist where the big bin is so I can dump my old luggage and he just said it's out in the back but it was hard to find and I had to ask the cleaners. The cleaners were friendly and helpful and offered the best service. I was able to get new towels and dispose wet ones as the shower is small, the water leaks onto the toilet floor. The window doesn't close and bugs come in. Very noisy as you can hear the planes and the McDonald's drive thru speaker is ridiculously loud. When I exit, the female receptionist was very hospitable and friendly.
