Hotel a 3 stelle a Saint-Laurent-du-Var

Camere pulite e spaziose come sempre, però il parcheggio è davvero caro, contate 14€ al giorno altrimenti dovrete parcheggiare lì vicino... se trovate posti liberi e disponibili (il che può essere complicato). Per quanto riguarda i dipendenti, menzione speciale a Gabriel che è sempre molto estroverso e simpatico 👌🏻, d'altronde gli altri evidentemente non trasudano gioia di vivere e simpatia purtroppo.. 🤔

Il design generale dell'hotel è semplice e interessante. Il colore di Morandy è estetico. La stanza è davvero molto mini, ma ha un senso di progettazione e un sacco di pensieri personalizzati. Perche'devo andare all'aeroporto di Milano all'ultimo giorno alle cinque, ma il colazione è aperto a metà, ci sono caffè e povertà, e molto in tempo per guidare per un lungo viaggio. La posizione è eccellente, accanto a CAP3000 Grande centro commerciale e spiaggia. Cap 3000 sono ristoranti lungo la spiaggia. Perche'non abbiamo fatto uno studio in anticipo, la prima notte abbiamo girato per la metà della notte per una cena difficile da mangiare nella vecchia città di Nizza. Infatti, possiamo andare completamente dall'hotel al ristorante costiero del cap 3000 per godere Il grande ristorante del mare è salto.Accanto al cap 3000 è la terminale di 12 autobus. Puoi prendere il viaggio per qualsiasi punto principale di Nizza, ma devi prestare attenzione a lungo intervallo di tempo per ogni bus di fine settimana e notte, circa mezz'ora.

The price of the room is excessively high for the conditions it offers. Close to the beach, located on the edge of the port of Saint Laurent du Var. The beach with stones and a steep entrance to the sea. The bus station is close, the airport 3 km away, quite far from the train station. There are no terraces and no restaurant where you can eat. Supermarket very far. You have to go to the nearest at Cagnes sur mer to find terraces, supermarkets and shops. The staff at the reception are very kind, the reception is only open after a certain schedule, if you arrive earlier outside the schedule, there is no one there to help you or check in earlier. The rooms are quite outdated, the rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay, no one picks up the trash, you have to take it out yourself, there are no bathroom products and no toilet paper, no hair dryer. I found the toilet dirty, the bathroom and the windows the same, I don't know how the cleaning is done before the next tourists come, it's clear that everything is done superficially. A hood would have been necessary in the kitchen, otherwise there is all the equipment you need. There are two bathrooms, but poorly thought out, one with a bathtub and sinks but no toilet, and the toilet is separate without a sink. The interior of the hotel looks terrible, the walls are dirty, it needs major repairs. Parking, swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong. I would definitely not come back here!!

Il personale è tutto così gentile: la pulizia quotidiana e la libertà di andare come e quando solo cadere la chiave quando andare fuori e raccogliere quando torna. Per le famiglie, il colazione è servito ogni giorno per un ragionevole €9 ciascuno e anche mini con una selezione di alcol e bevande non alcoliche e snack deposit di €40 è preso per questo al momento dell'arrivo. Distanza da camminare al centro commerciale cap3000, spiaggia e numerosi alimenti e shopping. Balconi privati per molti e anche ac è il grande in giorni caldi per tornare a una stanza fredda. Ho fortemente raccomandato questa proprietà e sarà di ritorno 🥰

L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto strategica per viaggiare sia verso il mare che verso le colline. Esso è dotato di ogni comfort, l'agenzia fornisce anche chiare spiegazioni al cliente fornendo una scheda con tutte le informazioni.

Rental consistent with the descriptions and very clean. The proximity of traffic lanes and Nice airport can cause some noise pollution on certain days (noise of aircraft taking off depending on the direction of the wind) but overall it is very acceptable.

I am currently staying a that the Holiday Inn Nice in order to make an early flight tomorrow. I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at 1430 (check in is at 1500) and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. The front desk agent told me he would call me when it’s ready if I wanted to enjoy the area. I agreed. However, at 1600, no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothes—no call. I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. He called housekeeping to verify if my room was ready and again, STILL not ready! I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at 1500, the room should be ready at 1500. I received no apology for their error. I reserved a Premium Queen Seaview at a cost of 400 Euros/night. The room is frankly gross. There are long hairs in the shower (I’m bald—not me!), mold growing around the tub, stains on the walls, and stains on the furnishings. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. You walk into a remodeled, modern space and think , “nice, this will be a good stay.” But beware, as soon as you enter your room, it all goes downhill. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion. Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room (glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps?). The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport. Again, disappointing. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to the Bay Star Beach Club (owned by the hotel it seems). I was excited to check out the beach on my last night in France. However, the beach club is very small with extremely dated (and dirty) furniture. Smoking was supposedly not allowed, but guests were smoking everywhere and staff did not interject. The provided towels have holes and are stained. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel is ANYONE! There are many more hotels by the airport at 50% less cost. Avoid at all costs!

A lovely hotel that had adhered to Novotel standards, there's a lovely outdoor pool which was great for the heat of summer. It's conveniently located close to the airport and walking distance to the CAP3000 mall. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty (the croissants are always great here) Walking distance from the beach area and a selection of restaurants/ bars/ cafes. They offer a very convenient airport shuttle service!
