We came to stay at the Merton as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and from the moment we arrived we received great service and could tell we were going to experience a great stay. The facilities across the hotel were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had great quality and choice on offer, the shows in the theatre were well produced and the gym and leisure facilities were simply great. We have already booked our return trip in a few weeks and cannot recommend this family hotel enough, it’s amazing for couples or families. The hotel is very well managed and the service of the whole of the staff really enhanced our stay. Thanks!

Avevo un bel tempo - la stanza che guardava la baia ha fornito la migliore vista e era un sogno di svegliarsi al suono delle onde ogni mattina. Non si può battere la posizione e ci sono diversi ristoranti vicino, così come gli hotel che sono stati molto conveniente per bere la sera e per un pranzo veloce tra le sessioni di spiaggia. Tutto era pulito e tranquillo e il servizio era amichevole e anche chiamato a dirci che la nostra stanza era pronta prima del previsto.

Il servizio / personale è fantastico qui. C'è una ragazza portoghese alla ricezione che è davvero dolce e un'altra ragazza europea alla ricezione. C'è un specialista del cocktail nel bar che conosce davvero le sue cose (penso che sia indiano). Anche il personale al colazione mattina è buono!Prova latte di latte di avena. Le grandi disappuntamenti sono: i letti singoli sono incomodi nelle camere gemelle con le scarpe terribili. La piscina nel bagno è un po' sporca, la luce dà la sensazione che l'ambiente è più pulito di quanto sia effettivamente. Il colazione non ha frutta fresca, si può fornire ogni giorno melone acquatico, pineapple fresche e melone ecc.

Excellent Stay in an excellent valued hotel on the outskirt of St Helier. The bus stop is just outside the hotel with buses running every 15 mins. But if you fancy walking then St Helier is 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. The staffs were very good and helpful. Free WiFi available. Bar and Restaurant on site. The beach is just across the road from the hotel. The hotel has its own indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was very good with just about everything is catered for. It's worth paying extra for it. Highly recommended.

Visited this hotel as a large group- celebration on Sunday who mostly had a roast dinner. We then went into the bar area for drinks which again we was well catered for. This hotel is fabulous from the food to the attentive and helpful staff members - you should be so proud of the customer service they deliver If you visit Jersey try this hotel and eat there you will not be disappointed Thankyou all for making our family celebration amazing
