All'iscrizione (circa 21:00), il personale non vi ha guidati ad altri hotel, come Wi-Fi, posizione del ristorante, tempo del colazione, posizione e tempo del centro sportivo. Quando mi sono chiesto, ero solo guidato e ho detto che era annoiante che fosse scritto nella stanza (non c'era nessuna guida in quella stanza). E'un peccato che questo sia successo a Hilton. Dopo 1 giorno di soggiorno, dopo la maquillatura della stanza, l'acqua, la tazza d'acqua, il tovagliolo, ecc. non sono stati riempiti nella stanza. L'ho chiamato e ricevuto, ma .... Perché questo succede? Nel caso della piscina, era acqua per chiudere, quindi c'era polvere o foglie. È un soggiorno di una notte a Hayat nella stessa città e tre notti a Hilton. Troppo rispetto al personale, servizio, piscina, ecc. Voglio fare un servizio che si adatta al riconoscimento di Hilton. I pasti non sono 5 stelle. I fiori per il colazione dell'hotel sono succo di frutta fresco, ma sembrano esserci no ...... Solo tre tipi di frutta sono usciti lo stesso per tre giorni.

La posizione è perfetta, dopo o prima che il sole sorga e risieda, possiamo vedere un eccellente paesaggio. Se avete energia, potete andare al centro a piedi e guardare la vita della città. In particolare, la piscina è eccellente.

We stayed at this hotel for our Anniversary and my wife's birthday. When we entered the compound we felt the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely curteous, the food was delectable and filling, the room was clean and comfortable. We even had the opportunity to have brunch at the 360° restaurant which was a breath taking experience. We will certainly recommend the Raddisons Hotel and we will be coming back. We will like to say a special thanks to Natasha, Maurisa (manager), Karisa, Antonia, Camile, Anna, Kevin at the bar and Omattie Supervisor. Thank you all for making our Special weekend a memorable one.

First time staying in Trinidad and choosing to stay at Kapok was the best decision I made. From my initial correspondence/ questions about the hotel, getting to/from, arranging picks up, cost etc. were professionally handled by Margaret- Ann. On arriving, from the Security guard to the Front Desk Agents (Kimberly especially), Food + Beverage Team, Housekeeping, were all very courtesy and willing to help. Wish I had collected everyone's name, but this would be too long of a review. I enjoyed the view from the Tiki Restuarant, also the complimentary breakfast. For picky eaters, there was something for everyone. Also, what I enjoyed about the breakfast, was its taste, presentation, and it was changed daily. The room which I was checked into, was very clean, neat, comfortable, provided all the basic amenity for a quick visit. Everything worked as should. I ate all meals at the Hotel, the food was great, I felt safe, welcomed, and the Hotel was in great condition for the Rate I paid. No complaints EXCEPT that I didn't stay longer. It's my intention to return and stay here with my family. Thanks to the entire team of Kapok for making this stay a great one. Keep up the amazing work.

My room was comfortable, clean and fully stock up with fresh towels. Coffee station in lobby and in room as well, with small fridge, and microwave. Stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the compliment A la Carte breakfast. Day one breakfast wide variety of choices were different from day two (not the same old) The staff member in the breakfast room was outstanding. She was friendly and accommodating and mention she made the bake (local bread) on Sunday's menu choices. It was delicious. My stay at Holiday Inn Express was a good way to finish my business/vacation 4 day trip to Trinidad. Will be Back! Must give recognition to the desk staff who rescued me when I call around midnight from another hotel, where I was booked and arrived at that hotel around midnight and was totally disappointed with the Hotel. Me to the Holiday Inn front desk on the phone ”I badly need a room, please call a taxis to come and get me now - ”rescue me please' I said. Within 10 mins a taxis came to get me and he checked me in. Great customer care - Great Service! thank you.
