Hotel personnel was very polite. But the room had mold behind the pictures. They did not move us to another room due to "we are fully booked" and gave me 2 options...either clean the mold off with bleach or check out. I paid too much money to check out without a refund. Hence to say not the best place to stay in.

We had a great time in St Augustine! The tv had some trouble but they were quick to fix that!
