I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the very comfortable setting. The beds and pillows are spot on! It was quiet - dark - and perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Checked in at 5:00pm. Hotel parking lot already full. High school reunion going on plus several dressed up high school kids milling around. Street parking full too. I had to park two blocks away, and walk back in the rain. This isn’t the first time we’ve found a full or nearly full parking lot. The good news is the hotel upgraded us to a suite (the upgrade came before we couldn’t find a parking space, not because of inadequate parking). The hotel should consider a multi-level parking structure.

Nice room with good bed but needs better chair or sofa. Sink was cracked. Shower was good Parking was listed by others but parking is behind hotel which is easy access to check in WiFi never worked I called the tech number no help Clerks stay in a room not at there desk Should be at the desk to help and watch the doors and each time they came out they looked guilty? Winchester restaurant is open for breakfast but no one was there and chairs were dirty so we left Some train noise, but overall quiet enough

We had a suite which was great. The problem was when the room next door decided to have a loud party that started up around 10:30 p.m. - At 1:00 a.m. we finally called the front desk to see if they could help quiet the situation so we could get some sleep - at 1:20 a.m. we had to go down to the front desk to request a room change as the group next door kept up at full volume. That is where I really have the issue - we had to move all of our stuff to a new smaller room at 1:30 in the morning instead of the hotel addressing the real issue. They did comp the room but that’s not the point - what started out as a great stay ended up being extremely disappointing.

This is a full service hotel in downtown Ashland, just a block or so away from the Paramount Arts Center, which books top talent (Bernadette Peters on 4/21). Hotel has steakhouse, several bars, and a Starbucks. Steakhouse provides room service, including breakfast. Several good local restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was large and very clean. One note: bathroom was fine, but if you need grab bars for tub, book one of their handicapped rooms.

There were three outstanding employees that went over and above to make my business stay excellent. Chloe and Melony, excellent customer service. The manager, female, was amazing as well. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.

Terrible service. We were a party of two ladies. NOT ONE Time in three hours were we waited on. However the next table of men received great service. We had to go to the bar EVERY TIME ! No exaggeration. Not the place for women. Men you are going to get a lot of attention.

The currently branded Delta property is much better than the previous version. The food in the Winchester Restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Appreciated the complimentary water. However... The rooms are very small with one chair and lots of empty space for another chair and table. The fabric chairs in the restaurant are absolutely filthy and disgusting. The restaurant is freezing. We were here for 2 nights. Would only return if it was the only option, which it currently is in downtown.

No maid service. Had to tell the desk everyday you wanted it. No signs to that effect. Asked a maid to find out. Too late. The temperature in the bar area was cold. The onsite restaurant is fair at best. The coffee shop is open ... sometimes. The breakfast food 'offerings' inside are banana nut muffins. Wow. I hate bananas. The hotel is modern, clean, staffed well and courteous. Parking can be a real challenge. And you aren't going to do better in Ashland proper. As a side note: the Marriot on line registration is horribly frustrating and not user friendly.
