We stayed at BMG Hotel for 2 nights and booked through a travel agency for our Lumbini trip. It was disappointing as we didn't have a good experience from the very start. When we checked in, we were very tired as our flight was delayed- we were asked to wait at the lobby because we're supposed to get welcome drinks which came later and its absurd that we had to wait for it. It was disappointing to see our room as it had strong smell of mold and I had specifically informed the travel agency that I am allergic to mold. The furniture were really old and dusty. I requested the front desk staff to switch but he wasn't too cooperative. As we were late for our tour, we had to be on our way right away but we were able to switch to another room which looked better at first but then we found out a number of issues in the other room: 1) The condition of the mattress was very poor, it was all torn and there were threads hanging from it, we also saw a lot of bed bug poo on the mattress and bed sheet (as you can see on the photos). Looks like they had beg bugs before and they never cared to change the mattresses which is absolutely disgusting! 2) The lamps looked like they're from an old era- needs changing! 3) The air conditioner was falling apart, looked like it's going to fall out any moment 4) TV was not working and we had to call the maintenance to fix it 5) My mom wanted to drink hot water but the water kettle didn't work as the plugs were not working. 6) The main door doesn't close and we had to use the latch to lock it 7) The bathroom door doesn't close properly 8) Water keeps dripping from the shower tap in the bathroom It looks like this whole place needs maintenance. We spent so much money to stay here but it's not up to the standards of a KGH hotel and it is not worth it. The food in the restaurant was good and all the kitchen staff were very nice and friendly and I would like to thank them for their wonderful service. This is the only thing good about this resort. I will not be staying at this resort again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Molto bel design e spazio. Le camere sono spaziose e la sala da pranzo ha spazio per tutti i tipi di ospiti. Tuttavia, l'intera permanenza è stata una terribile esperienza. Non ho visto un unico standard 5 stelle in questo hotel. Nemmeno una tre stelle. C'è un danno strutturale enorme, vedo un centimetro di cemento attraverso la cracca nella sala da pranzo, il quadro della porta era completamente craccato, e uscivano carpette di lobby. La porta del bagno era in ruggine e la ruggine era caduta. Non potevamo spostare la porta per chiudere. E'sempre aperta 2 pollici. La pressione del bidet non era controllata. I tappeti erano polveri, la tenda aveva tinture. La cosa più terribile che ho visto era il letto. Io stesso sono un hoteliere e per la prima volta nella mia vita ho visto un duetto coperto di due letti. Il duetto era tintato e le letti erano polveri. Doveva chiamare a metà della notte e chiedergli di mettere una copertina corretta. Le foglie si sono sciogliete come se fossero rimaste dentro un tappeto per un mese e non erano aeree. Credo che l'hotel sia fortemente sottoscritto e il personale sta cercando di ottenere il meglio, ma prende la dimensione del luogo, deve essere un compito impossibile. Tuttavia, non si deve mettere in atto tali esperienze. Se non si presta attenzione, questa bella proprietà non durerà per molto.

We checked into Lumbini Palace Resort on November 24, 2023, for a two-night stay. Our experience was flawless; there were no service issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, upon checking out, I realized I had carelessly left behind a very important item in the room. The day after our departure, I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. They assured me they had found them and would promptly send them back to me. Initially relieved, I awaited their response eagerly. However, as days passed, I received no updates despite my repeated requests for them to send my belongings via courier, with me covering the costs. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry. This incident serves as a reminder that exemplary customer service is essential for sustaining success in this field...

È molto raro vedere che l'hotel con piscina può essere prenotato in un vicinato blu caldo. Sono tutti villaggi di polvere.La nuova decorazione dell'hotel è molto pulita.E'un po' lontano dal classico principale, la gente di guancia è circa 20-30 minuti alla porta 5.
